They don't skimp on the cinnamon and edge to center the roll is moist and tender. $12 a roll....... and before you whine about the price, you need get those pathetic shopping mall rolls outta your head and see one of these in person. “Last night, 9/29, we stopped by Cold Stone about 15 minutes before closing. Two gentlemen and one young lady helped us, and they gave my daughters one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an ice cream shop.
We only asked for a small ice cream because it was already late, but they were incredibly kind and patient. They let my daughters sample flavors, gave them two different flavors, and even added a little extra so they could share. Most importantly, they made my daughters smile.

“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“
