“First time there and absolutely loved it! So easy to get to right off the ferry. Staff is so friendly, menu options are great with lots of choices including bowls, sashimi, salads and tofu for vegetarian options. Love the fun drinks and snacks options. Plenty of covered outdoor picnic table seating and open air concept. Quality seemed great. Ordered poke bowls including a special of the day. Would definitely go back!“

Service was quick and fast but the woman who helped me really didn't speak English. I didn't get exactly what I wanted but close enough because:
Food was excellent. Had chix teriyaki and it was freshly cooked hot and sauce was quite perfectly flavorful. Hot quality tea as well.“

“I just want to say, I drive by this place all the time when I go run my dog in magnolia, finally stopped in. Quiet little spot but the lady taking my order was so sweet and nice, made me understand the order, because I wanted extra side of gyoza with my Teri chicken, she insisted I just do the combo. I don’t normally do combo because it usually means you get less chicken but she told me that’s not how they do it :). I was more than surprised and happy. I got a feel stack of chicken, two scoop rice (which is also rare) 6 gyoza on the side and side salad, and it was freaking delish! Want to try the katsu next. Also as a side note, the salad was so fresh.

“Can’t even remember how many times I’ve been here! I’ve tried the chicken teriyaki, shrimp yakisoba, beef short rib… my absolute favorite is the chicken katsu!! I think I’ve had it over 10 times already, it’s sooo GOOD!!

“I’ve gotten take out a couple times now for dinner and I’ve always enjoyed the food! ☺️ My favorite is their beef teriyaki, my secret is mixing the rice with their salad dressing 🫣. Even though it is a bit expensive, the portion sizes last me two days.

It is a bit small and parking is sometimes hard but they make good use of the space. The servers are always very attentive, the one with mouth piercings was very kind and helped me understand the items on the menu. 😌

Will continue eating here! Highly recommend!“

“There is nothing rude or uncomfortable about the service, it's just very brief and efficient. I enjoy it, because I can be out of there quickly.

I don't deviate much from three items: chicken katsu (I like the flavor of their peanut oil), veggie Hong Kong noodles (they are extra generous with the veggie option and the aromatics are more fragrant), and egg rolls.

Sometimes I just get egg rolls. They are SO GOOD, and, they're generous.

That being said, I actually don't like the teriyaki at Chung's Teriyaki. 😶“

“I treated my parents to Copine for their holiday gift, since they do not usually treat themselves to fine dining.
The staff made an incredible experience and the food was amazing,... parents were raving about the atmosphere, service and taste.

Jill was especially helpful with planning and scheduling their meal. She followed up with me and made suggestions on additional things she and her team could do to make sure my parents had the best experience possible. This included helping me with remote payment, tailoring their suggestions and service to budget and taste preferences... she even printed menus with no prices so that my parents could enjoy with out thinking about cost. All of these were her idea, and I credit their great experience to her service.

The Lion King roll is absolutely delicious as is their baked crab roll. A very nice group of folks running the establishment. “First I should say sushi is my favorite food. This place is the best sushi I have had in my entire life, my recommendation spicy crunchy California and bagel roll (if you like cream cheese please trust me it’s so good, even if you don’t maybe try it because you may start to like it!!) And the tempura roll is tasty. The tempura veggies also are a consistent order for me. Been going for 20 years now, and will always be back!!!“

“Food was so good and service was so good! I got the chicken teriyaki because I’m vegetarian and it was such a good replacement! Tasted like real meat. We got our food within 3 minutes which is crazy! The people working were so sweet and kind. The bathroom was so cool. :)))“

“Best locally owned and family owned Teriyaki in West Seattle by far. Super friendly staff, decent pricing, and fast service. Almost anyone who I've talked to that lives nearby has been here and mentioned how good the food is. The spot is small so I recommend to call ahead for takeout or takeout generally when you arrive.

“I was staying at the hotel next to hwy. 16 and was thinking of going into the downtown area of Port Orchard but I got turned around. I spotted the Fred Meyer and decided to pull in and check for a restaurant. Saw Kim’s and went in. I took an order of Chicken Chow Mein back to the hotel. Best Chow Mein I’ve ever had! One order was enough for two, or for leftovers. So Savory.“
