“Ever since I've moved here to WA, this has been my go to place for teriyaki. Drive thru makes it that much easier. I love that they plate the plates with a little bit of cabbage and noodles. Mix it with the rice and you got yourself a meal. Banh mi is okay, there are only bbq and teriyaki choices. Why doesn't anyone ever have real cold cut banh mi around here? Anyways I've never tried their pho. But my family enjoys their Hong Kong noodles. Every time I need fast substantial food and don't want to get out of my car, this place is my go to.“
“No surprises here, unless you looked at the prices online before you went. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, and got a great serving of good food. The atmosphere is what you would expect. The service was friendly, and I received my food very quickly. All the prices online are outdated, and I took some updated photos of the menus, as everything is a couple dollars more than the old photos. Great to have nearby, will go again.“
“The service is warm, cheerful and swift; the poke is amazing but my favorite is their Wgyu ramen...WOW. To their poke they also add this pickled eggplant (some might mistake it for a pickled plum). My son and I are addicted. Crunchy, pickly, with umami. Also my addiction? Their housemade Yuzu soda. All this and just next to the ferry makes it a unique experience all around. And even though the seating is limited and not fancy, everything is very clean and I love a place where I can sit and eat and go. The environment is great for getting in and out while enjoying the scenery. We live on Bainbridge Island. We are not in any way affiliated with the owners. We just love the addition and want them to stay forever! (well at least for as long as we are here!).“

“They are always super friendly. The restaurant is cleaned regularly. And by far the most important thing is the quality, portion, and flavor of the food which is just out of this world. It's hard for me not to get the general tso's everytime! I would have taken a picture, but I the smell caused my mouth to water instantly, and I couldn't wait to dig in.“
“The staff was very attentive and very nice! The restaurant itself was really crowded, so we sat at the window seats facing the parking lot. The food was pretty good, but not fantastic. My wife is Japanese, and I have spent many years in Japan myself, so we are kind of spoiled. On the positive side; in our opinion, this is the best Japanese restaurant in the Bremerton and Silverdale areas! So we are recommending Oishi Japanese Kitchen! Give it a try!“
“Ordered the takoyaki, ribeye steak, and fried tuna roll. Everything was delicious. Would probably try a regular sushi or sashimi next time though. Steak was very good. I had had asked for medium rare and it came out well done so was kinda sad about that but it was still really good. And they have good prices for the rolls. Definitely recommend.“

I can't think of any other restaurant that leaves me with such a warm feeling of satisfaction as I'm walking out the door after an amazing meal. “Came here for the first time last week, and it was absolutely delicious! I got the beef fried rice, and it was the best fried rice I’ve had in a long time. The portion was huge too; I was able to eat it for 3 meals! The lady working there was super friendly as well! Highly suggest this place!“
“Everywhere else was super busy so we figured we'd give this place a whirl. It was slow when we came in, as this place seems to mainly do takeout/online orders but we sat in and it was cute! Small and compact, but cute. Food came out quick and hot! Wasn't terribly priced either, and portions were large.“

The drive through is convenient and the owners seem nice. The other dishes here have also been very tasty.“

“Hakata is where my husband and I go on our date nights. We've been going for the past 16 years. The food has always been amazing it reminds me of when I lived in Japan for a short time when I was little but with the change over in management, the atmosphere and service have gone a bit downhill, in my opinion. I miss the Japanese music that would play in the background it really added to the experience. I also miss when the owner would come out and check in with guests at the table's and make sure everyone had everything they needed. She was the sweetest ❤️.Prices are great. I recommend the Tempura appetizer and Katsudon for dinner ?“
“We go to Chungs about once a month, always though the drive through. Food is consistently good, they always get our order correct, and service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: Great tofu options. Especially the tofu teriyaki plate and tofu bahn mi!“
