“There was an incredibly rude customer there when was eating my food at like 2:30pm today. There was a young man trying to help her, but she was so mean to him. I heard the whole thing. That person wasn’t working at the time, he was just in the building
I talked to him afterwards and he said that the lady was trying to use a 99% off coupon but it was some sort of online thing and not something that they could accept
He was just responding to how she was talking to him“

“Such an amazing amount of options for all day hungers; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a wheat or white pita or even in a gluten free wrap. Vegan and vegetarian opinions, but also a variety for the meat carnivores. Also you can have it in a rice bowl or salad bowl. When done satisfying yourself with your meal, step next door to Yo Licious for a frozen yogurt and toppings. That makes for a happy tummy :)“

“I've been going to the Subway in the Safeway parking lot off 162nd for the last few years and have been disappointed every single time, honestly I don't know why I keep going back. I finally drove the extra 2 minutes to this store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the FANTASTIC quality of the sandwiches and the crew at the store.
Must be a fluke, right? Just a good day?
I've been back several times since then and have had the same amazing experience every time, I've finally been able to convince my wife to eat subway again!
Not sure if it's a matter of a different franchise or if this store is owner/operater, but there is a night and day difference between the crew and product quality at this location and most of the others in Vancouver.
Kudos to the team!

“I arrived in in the evening for dinner to order and pick up. The place we very clean and gave me and made me feel serene. There was not anyone in line, so I was able to place my order right away. I ordered the regular Angus Steakhouse on Rosemary bread and a cup of honey mustard. The two ladies that were working were very customer service oriented and I felt that they were very peaceful. I then added olives to my sandwich and left it at that. Paid and brought my goodie home. I opened my sandwich with great anticipation to eat it. The first bite shot from my Third Eye through my Crown Chakra and swirled around there. As I kept eating I felt the energy extending to my Throat Chakra back up to the Crown and down to the Heart Chakra where the energy sat very heavily. This place takes alot of pride and puts alot of heart into it. From the Heart Chakra it the migrated to the Solar Plexus and the Sacral Chakra. In the end completed itself in the Root Chakra! What a full on experience I was able to have that left me more than satisfied but open to the heavens and grounded to the Earth. Thank you for this experience!“

“Staff was friendly and professional with catering order. Picked up 14 sandwhich lunch boxes (7 BLTs and 7 Turkey with a bag of Lays Potato Chips and a chocolate chip cookie in each box) for donation to volunteer organization early Saturday. Ordering over phone direcrly with store is easy and costs less tham online order.Recommend buying water cases from local grocery store instead of from Subway directly.“

“First time here. Food was really good.
I wasnt impressed with the service. No greeting upon entering, barely heard name called when sandwiches were ready. Very disinterested employees. Only 2 other customers in there already eating so it wasn't busy at all. This was 4pm on Sat 8-2-25.“

“I go here often bc it is conveniently close to several places my family frequents. They follow instructions perfectly on take out orders and they hustle. I really like going here. I have a big family and these guys can handle our business. Some other locations act as if we are an inconvenience even though we are providing a lot of business. (Our favorite is the spicy Italian which is no longer on the menu but they still make it).“

“Been craving for weeks, just had left a interaction that was less then desired an need a pick me up so time satisfy that craving. Store was ghost town minus theater staff an that always give a weird vibe. Service was great, sadly wrong sauce on it, which I caught b4 it was to late. She did the best she could to fix it as I don't think it should b totally tossed. It still was delicious an Thanks for putting up with my jabber jaw that was a distraction cause for the sauce mix up. Still have my craving tho so I'll b back soon an hopefully get my dream sub“

“Michael provided exceptional customer service. We had an online order I messed up and came in and he was in process of making. He took our order and made it exactly how we wanted it. I proceeded to spill my soad and instead of getting frustrated he just jumped into action to get the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. He showed respect, professionalism, great attitude and exceptional customer service. I hope his managers see what an asset to the company he truly is! We will definitely be back!“
