The panfried dumplings have a thick skin and a filling with overpowering ginger flavor… The wontons are large and filled to the brim, but skin is also slightly thick. Perhaps that’s the Shanghai style, but if you prefer dumplings with thin skin, this is not the right place for you.“

“I love hot pot and I really love Haidilao! Very attentive service and many options for all your needs whether it’s soup base options, spiciness, veggies, proteins and more. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back. I’ve never ate hotpot alone always with larger groups but I was in the area and have been craving so I decided to stop by, I will say you definitely get a better “bang for your buck” when you dine in groups! I spent about $110 by myself before too, I ate a solid amount over about 1.5 hours and took some home! You could definitely get that price down ordering one of their lunch combos for 1 person but I wanted two soup bases because I was splurging. Not to mention all there amenities!! A nice fabric apron, I was even offered a phone stand so I didn’t have to use my cup to prop it up, complimentary ice cream, and also disposable toothbrush/paste and mouthwash in the bathroom. Like seriously how sweet and can it get any better? Having said all that I knew what I was getting into price wise, don’t expect a necessarily cheap lunch but it’s worth it to treat yourself every now and then and I am another happy customer of many!

I did also pay about $9 for parking! Not sure if there’s free parking I missed“

We ordered the bone marrow beef broth soup with noodles, the beef brisket with rolls, the chicken and veggie stone pot, garlic fried chicken, and the Sichuan green beans (just a tiny, perfect kick). We absolutely destroyed everything. Each dish tasted so homey and comforting — especially on a chilly day.

One thing to note: if you’re expecting quick service, this might not be the place. The kitchen seems to be run by a sweet older grandpa and his assistant, so dishes take a bit of time. But honestly, it was well worth the wait for authentic Chinese food. We’d definitely come back, just probably not during peak hours.“

“The atmosphere is bare-bones, but clean and friendly. We ordered the large pork belly and short rib combo to split between two people and were not prepared for the absolute feast we received! The sides and dessert were delicious and the main dish tasted like home-cooked comfort food. Tender meats and huge chunks of vegetable in a savory broth really hit the spot on a cold and soggy day. The value for the price can't be beat - it was enough for a large lunch plus dinner the next day for two people. We will be back to try more dishes!“

“Saukraut fish may sound weird, but it is a stupendous invention and Nai Brother does it excellently. It has a wide variety of soup and fish options and all are really great. Mala spiciness with a combination of veggies, noodles, tofu, etc. Your tongue may be numb but you won’t regret it.

There are also good non-soup options and they also have whole fish dishes that we’re looking forward to trying. Love this place.“

“I came here while I was visiting Seattle during a business trip. I took a nap and missed dinner, but I saw this dumpling shop among a sea of franchised and bland eateries. Gave it a shot and it did not disappoint.

The food quality is great, and the flavors are more on the mainland Chinese side, which I appreciated. This isn’t your mother’s “orange chicken”, but it is very good.

I particularly enjoy the pan fried pot stickers, they had a good crisp and were juicy inside. The pork xiao long bao were also very good for similar reasons.“

The intestine was really good and had the right amount of chewiness. The portion is also just right. As someone who usually eats a lot, I left the restaurant pretty full and satisfied. The price is also fair. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick and easy meal.

“I went in semi naive to what was on the menu. Nothing stands out. You order at the counter. Understand that the dishes are larger to feed 2-3 people and their are no sides. Meaning if you like rice with your Asian cuisine it will be extra. Not realizing the size of the dishes I ordered 5 things and 2 sodas and a beer and 2 sides of rice which are small 1 person small and I spent with tip close to 140$+
It is in a strip mall so this is not meant to be fancy. Think small cafeteria style. Of the dishes the on that stood out for me was the chili shrimp. Otherwise pretty generic stuff. Beef had a diffrent texture to it that didn't suit me well. But if your into Asian cuisine make your own opinion. I more then likely won't go back. Quality of food for the money not a win for me.“

Today I ordered a small pot of beef offal rice noodles and it was pretty good. The soup was very rich. I was worried about the technology at first. But when I came back, I didn’t feel my mouth was dry. It should be a good soup base.

There are vegetables, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and beef offal. The rice noodles are also cooked well. It would be better if there are beef tendons. The beef leaves are very tender. Overall, it is okay. A portion ranges from 14.99 to 20 dollars.“

“I'm sad that I can't leave a 6/5 star review. The food is amazing, but more importantly, the employees here must love their job so much. They're very caring and attentive. I'm gonna sit here and list everything they did to repay their kindness today.

. The lady triple checked with us and the chefs to make sure the food will be what we order. She was patient with us, went back and forth like 4 times to relay info, although the restaurant was packed.
. They asked if we wanted to move to a larger table although our group is small, because we ordered large dishes. They helped us move everything to the new table.
. Kept coming to pour wate21r and give us more napkins. At one point, we had so many napkins, I thought I would've been so rich had we been in COVID time still.
. Before they brought the cake out to us, they wiped clean every single inch of the table. I've been to places where they don't even take all the dirty dishes away.
. We didn't ask, but they briefly turned the lights close to our table off and gave us their own candles and lighter to use.
