“We tried three signature dishes. The fried pork chop was well-done, with the juicy and scripy texture. Best enjoyed with a dip of soy source. The panfried dumplings have a thick skin and a filling with overpowering ginger flavor… The wontons are large and filled to the brim, but skin is also slightly thick. Perhaps that’s the Shanghai style, but if you prefer dumplings with thin skin, this is not the right place for you.“

“Its a solid place to get some dim sum when in Bellevue. This is an expansion for them from BC. The interior was pretty well designed, giving it that modern appeal. The dim sum options were decent and the quality of the ones we ordered we good.“

“We accidentally stumbled upon Nan Noodles, and are so grateful we did. The food is fresh, hot, fast and extremely tasty. We have found a lot of unique dishes here and have never had a bad experience. We've brought friends from our of town multiple times and they are always thrilled.

Really love the quick ordering experience but the staff is also helpful and quick to refill water and ask how things were. We hope to come back many times in the future.“

“Bellevue's Chinese cuisine gets better every year, and this is an amazing addition that has a lot of less common dishes I haven't seen prolifically elsewhere. I suspect it's not to every westerner's tastes, but if you're into new foods, they're not kidding about the 'comfort food that still seems high quality' vibe. Small space for dining in, which is mildly a shame because I suspect most of their food deserves to be eaten immediately, but if it keeps their costs low and helps them stay in business for the long haul, I'd be happy to eat in a broom closet. A real gem for the area.“

“One of our go-to restaurants on a cold day. The addicting mala fish is our favorite but the signature sauerkraut is also excellent if you’re not feeling spicy. The crispy pork is a great pair with the soup, especially when dining in so it stays crispy.

Quality has been consistent across many visits and one soup + pork is enough to feed the two of us. Overall a great stop!“

Helpful bilingual waiters proactively offered discounts and cash to make up for their perceived “bad service”, though in truth the only problem with the service was they sometimes took a while to bring the food during busy stretches. “This is my favorite place to eat at the crossroads mall food court. Outstanding noodle dishes, soups, and authentic Chinese food. Also plenty of American style Chinese food if you’re feeling like that. The portions are very big and the food is amazing.“

Seeing some of the reviews it sounds like some are expecting it to be akin to panda express, this is not that thankfully. Only drawback is location, there is outdoor seating but the interior is quite compact but not cramped like an airplane or train. 10/10 would recommend based off of service and food quality.“

“Food was pretty good and tasty, we got the potato noodle with non spicy broth and mild spicy broth. Both of the broths were rich in flavor. The intestine was really good and had the right amount of chewiness. The portion is also just right. As someone who usually eats a lot, I left the restaurant pretty full and satisfied. The price is also fair. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick and easy meal.

“I went in semi naive to what was on the menu. Nothing stands out. You order at the counter. Understand that the dishes are larger to feed 2-3 people and their are no sides. Meaning if you like rice with your Asian cuisine it will be extra. Not realizing the size of the dishes I ordered 5 things and 2 sodas and a beer and 2 sides of rice which are small 1 person small and I spent with tip close to 140$+
It is in a strip mall so this is not meant to be fancy. Think small cafeteria style. Of the dishes the on that stood out for me was the chili shrimp. Otherwise pretty generic stuff. Beef had a diffrent texture to it that didn't suit me well. But if your into Asian cuisine make your own opinion. I more then likely won't go back. Quality of food for the money not a win for me.“

“I didn’t know that Google’s rating was so low and the English name doesn’t match the Chinese one. It seems that I changed stores before.

Today I ordered a small pot of beef offal rice noodles and it was pretty good. The soup was very rich. I was worried about the technology at first. But when I came back, I didn’t feel my mouth was dry. It should be a good soup base.

There are vegetables, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and beef offal. The rice noodles are also cooked well. It would be better if there are beef tendons. The beef leaves are very tender. Overall, it is okay. A portion ranges from 14.99 to 20 dollars.“

Higher prices than average, but we are in this gorgeous nice city of Bellevue, every thing here in every where is expensive. Nothing cheap. Nothing has reasonable price.

“I'm sad that I can't leave a 6/5 star review. The food is amazing, but more importantly, the employees here must love their job so much. They're very caring and attentive. I'm gonna sit here and list everything they did to repay their kindness today.

. The lady triple checked with us and the chefs to make sure the food will be what we order. She was patient with us, went back and forth like 4 times to relay info, although the restaurant was packed.
. They asked if we wanted to move to a larger table although our group is small, because we ordered large dishes. They helped us move everything to the new table.
. Kept coming to pour wate21r and give us more napkins. At one point, we had so many napkins, I thought I would've been so rich had we been in COVID time still.
. Before they brought the cake out to us, they wiped clean every single inch of the table. I've been to places where they don't even take all the dirty dishes away.
. We didn't ask, but they briefly turned the lights close to our table off and gave us their own candles and lighter to use.

“I woke up today with a terrible migraine and felt so sick I didn’t want to do anything. I thought some dumplings might be healing, so I decided to try this place and I’m so glad I did. Delicious and gentle food. I really like their chili oil and for drinks I recommend the honey lemon green tea. My favorite dumplings were the book choy and shiitake, and the chicken and corn. I was very impressed they managed to get such a delicate texture out of shiitake mushrooms.“
