It’s a great neighborhood pub with everything you’d want—GREAT staff (Bekkah, Ellie, and Joe are big reasons why we keep coming back), fun trivia nights, karaoke, and special events about once per month. Wide variety of rotating taps, liquor, wine, hard seltzers, and clever Jell-O shot creations. Brunch on weekends and tasty apps/ lunch/ dinner fare with a kitchen that’s open late. “I went with my friends a couple weeks ago and had the nicest time. I had the Brick Chicken and mash potatoes and it was delicious. the Brownie was oohie gooie good too. Our waitress, Mariah, was so fun and helpful. The whole dinner was unexpectedly good :). Great beer. Great service. Great ambiance. I’ve been stopping by here after work the past few weeks to bug the owner and learn more about (what I now know as of reading this listing to be selectively) Belgian beer. The owner is nice, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. This bar, much unlike the rest of its Olive Way counterparts, is a great place to relax and wind down after a long day. If you want a laid-back crash course on Belgian beer this is your spot.“

The “strongest drink” apparently changes based on your bartender, but I look forward to trying another bartender’s “strongest drink” because the one I had on 6/3/26 was fantastic! We shared two and were blazed. The decor in this place is kool, and it is dark and cozy. Can’t wait to visit Seattle again and go back. Also, the bartender we had that night took good care of us. He made sure we had water and explained the bill the second time since it was clear that we were lit from the first “dose” lol.“

Now, new owner I believe and 50% price raises - $18 cheese boat when they opened is $30 now - too much for a local family. I understand food/service is expensive in Seattle, but this was such a great place for families, now it's way overpriced. Very sad.“

You secure a card with your id and payment card. Then place that card on the taps which logs what you pour. Then you pay the bill at at the end.“

“This was the first place I seeked out in Seattle besides hotel. I had to cross it off my list. It was a great addition to the Seattle experience. They serve great beer, but I was surprised they weren't overrun with people. It was a weekday though, maybe it matters. They have 2 levels and a cozy outdoor patio away from the street. They offer (3) 6oz flights which is the way to go. I'm from Portland, Maine so I like the brewery vibe.“

“Coo lil local bar to grab drinks at. I have a great time every time. However most of the times I have been it seemed really busy but the staff was always friendly and as attentive as possible. Food is pretty decent and the DJ is always on point. They also have karaoke from time to time“

“Had an amazing experience in February at Elephant&Castle- Seattle while traveling for a work conference. Sat up at the bar and had an awesome experience. I was looking for somewhere to watch basketball. The bartender Nic C (at least that was the name on the receipt, bartender with dark black hair) put the game on the a screen. I ordered the pie flights and poutine. The food was amazing and quick. Bartender provided great service while I watched the game. I noticed how great the service and food that other people ordered. “We had dinner at Thirsty Hop in Kirkland and really enjoyed everything we ordered! We tried several different dishes, and they were all delicious.

The grilled boiled squid was especially memorable — so flavorful and perfectly cooked! I honestly wish I had taken pictures because there were so many good dishes on the table.

Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and we had such a nice time. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!“

“I was at The Lodge for an afternoon reception and wedding, and Father Mulligan's has an extremely convenient happy hour from 2-5PM on Friday and Saturday. Suffice it to say, we stopped by to down a drink or two before the festivities.

The bartenders were very friendly and the cocktail of the day was a fruity vodka/cranberry/grapefruit cocktail topped with a fruity sour. It was very drinkable and our orders came out quickly.

Their wine list also has some unique gems on it, definitely worth a look.

Overall, can't complain about the service and the cocktails were well received for a reasonable price considering the exclusive location.“

“The rooms are very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The lobby, the library and reading area are very nice and well appointed. The staff are professional and very attentive. The windows open to let fresh sea air into the room. The whole club feels like you are indeed staying in a private, safe club. Hoping that the 3 food venues extend the hours later in the evening especially on the weekends. Once again, a very nice stay...the place to stay in Seattle.“
