“Our favorite place to grab lunch on a weekday. Everything we’ve tried is great. The tripe is very good here, which sometimes is hard to come by. The little shed to eat in fine, but it’s a taco truck off the highway- ambience was never going to be great. So expect that or take it to go. If it’s a nice day north creek park isn’t far away :)“

“Love the vibe! The food was really good, it reminded me of home (New Mexico).

I had the Bison Taco and Honey/powdered Sugar Fry Bread. The fry bread was perfect, crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The Bison taco was good overall, but the meat lacked a bit of flavor. I wish I would have gone with the chili beef.

I spent about $17 for two items and a canned drink.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their food lives up to every expectation and more. The food comes out to you quick and they take the time to converse with their customers. The smash burgers are perfectly made and a fully commit to the messy nature of sandwiches without becoming soggy. “Day trip to the westside, where we found this little gem in Redmond. By far, THE BEST Indian Pakistani food we have ever had. With every bite, we could taste how much care & love went into preparing their authentic ingredients. “I booked Los Chilangos Food Truck for my son’s 30th birthday party this month. They were great about getting back to me and if I had a question, I was able to talk to someone in person (which I appreciated). They were very timely and pleasant. They delivered delicious food and were very friendly to my guests. The service was very efficient and they left no mess. Clearly they are very good at what they do! I would highly recommend them and I would book them again!“

“I had no idea malasadas existed until I visited this wonderful food truck. Served fresh to order plain or filled. Usually has several different yummy flavors to choose from. I have yet to try her fancy malasadas. They made to order, served hot and fresh. Best thing is to walk by all the people eating near their cars. I usually pick up a dozen so I can surprise my friends and family! Service is wonderful the owner is passionate about serving malasadas hot and fresh. Allow time for perfection!“

“Had dinner here last night for the first time after a friend recommended it. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't come here sooner.
The team managing the food truck were extremely nice, and the tacos were spectacular (very reasonable prices as well).
My favorite one was the adobada, but don't sleep on the chicken or asada tacos either.

“Long over-due review. I have been coming here regularly for 4 years since I moved here during pandemic. Everything is consistently good. The burritos are huge and stuffed with goodness. If you are gluttonous you may even want to opt for the california burrito (fair warning as its portion is not for the faint of heart!). The price is cheap and the quality consistent, which is the reason why I always come back because I know this is where I can get a heartwarming and delicious burrito. Their tacos are also delicious and my favorite is definitely the fatty cabeza!“

“Holy s*** I just ate up their quesadillas and they’re soooo good. the salsa is so good with it too. I’m so lucky I came on a friday so I got it cheaper but it is yummyyyyy. that salsa is great with the cheese and meat. Definitely recommend. They’re also very casual and give a chill atmosphere.“

We found this cute little food truck, it did not disappoint! The woman is so sweet, professional & courteous- they made our food very quickly & it was THE BEST ELOTE we have ever had. We also got a bottled Coca Cola which was real with sugar, not fructose corn syrup!
