“I am a local farmer who sells to South Pacific Bistro since 2012. And I eat their food. Seafood hot and sour soup is spicy hot and sour and loaded with calamari shrimp local veggies and oh so tasty. And I and my wife have eaten many other menu items. I have also spotted chefs from other restaurants I sell my goodies to, eating at South Pacific Bistro. An out of the way, hole in the wall, surprise of tasty treats at very reasonable prices. Huey is the chef and comes from a family of long time Vietnamese chefs, and Malissa, the hostess everything in the restaurant not cheffing, knows how to serve the goodies and be very sociable.
