“This is the best orange chicken place in Tacoma hands down.

Outdoor not really enticing, but don't be fooled. Inside is clean and cute. A bit dated, but that's part of the charm.

Well portioned servings of orange chicken and general tso. The radish kimchi could use a bit more work, but that's fine.

Service could also be friendlier, but that's not what we came for so overall, this place still deserves a solid 5 stars.“

“Bottom line up front: do recommend, and will return.
First time eating here as a family, we were greeted immediately by our waiter Sean, and he pointed us to a table to sit.
He brought us tea and waters, and I was very patient as we looked over the menu, which they have a pretty large menu...
12 pot stickers came with the order, the while family liked their flavor, and I thought they were a good value for the price compared to other places in the area.
We were impressed with the hearty braised beef noodle soup and the orange chicken, highly recommend.
Sean warned us that the Szechuan beef and the Mongolian beef were very similar, and made a good suggestion of another dish, but we assured him we wanted to try both of them. He was right, and I would agree you shouldn't order those two side-by-side. The spicy chicken was a soup, and it was good, but we probably wouldn't order it again.
Atmosphere got knocked down a point because the booths and bathroom is in need of deep cleaning or replacement/remodel.
Everyone in the family is looking forward to a return visit to try some of the other items on the menu.“

“We order from Yum Yum Teriyaki often and are always satisfied with their food and service. We especially like the house Yakisoba and beef broccoli, but all their food is delicious! The owners are very friendly and work hard to please. We highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Prices are similar to other chinese food places in the area. It tasted good and the portions were what to be expected, if not slightly larger, but nothing really stood out. Good customer service and the food came out pretty quick.. I would return if I was in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way.“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“

“I ate at the Poulsbo location today, this was the first time I have been in. The staff was awesome, very clean, and the Poke bowls were amazing. I think we will go back again soon. my husband said it is his new favorite restaurant!“

“The yellow curry, which I order everywhere I go, was one of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately the potatoes and carrots were raw, even though I asked them specifically to be fully cooked. I will definitely come back again and give them a second chance“

“I always take it to go, food is always so freaking good fries are always fresh never soggy, the wings are magnificent. They place the flats up first and then the drums below you can always pay extra if you want just flats too. They give you some veggies as well with it. 10/10⭐️“

No fat on meat, chicken is moist never dried out, and there's tons to choose from. I was shopping at nearby store with my mom and we decided to try this place for lunch. I was nervous cuz it looked closed & the open sign wasn’t on. It was indeed open thankfully 😂
The customer service was nice, he was very helpful & friendly.
The food came out quickly and hot.

I ordered the Steele st special B all my favorite things in 1 box. It definitely hit all my expectations. I will get this again anytime

My daughter got the bbq pork fried rice, no veggies. She also got enjoyed her food.

On the side we shared an order of egg rolls. Very tasty.

“Love this place great food fast service“

“Easily one of the best teriyaki spots I’ve tried in Washington. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. I especially loved that the teriyaki sauce was served warm — it’s a small detail, but it really elevated the whole meal.

The beef dish was amazing and probably my favorite. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food.

On top of that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!“

“Very small spot in the Albertsons parking lot near papa johns, prices were pretty consistent with all the other terriakki places around. They do have lunch specials till 3pm however they are a little more pricey then other spots. They also charge 50cent extra for each to go item ordered. You also cannot upcharge your steamed rice to fried rice on your meal. Meals do come with salad, even the lunch special meals but the dressing there is extremely thick so it impossible to pour over your salad (same consistency of sour cream). But the lady was nice and our food came quick! I would return again being so close to my work and home.“

“I have a seafood allergy, not the only one in the world!' I like to have fries with my meals, but since you cannot fry items separately, I am limited as to what I can order. Businesses like yours should be able to have multiple fryers!!“

“I wasn't sure how they were going to be when I first saw them coming to Tacoma Mall after getting bad reviews from other locations. But then as I saw people lining up more, I eventually tried them myself and the 3 times I've eaten there so far, there's been no problem. Food was very good, prices decent.“
