“The food is pretty good. The eggs in cream and eggs with lentils are both always delicious, although I wish they included more toast with either dish.

The last time I ordered a veggie burger, it was one of the mass produced frozen patties that I'm pretty sure Sysco supplies to everybody. I thought I remembered a time where they made their own veggie burgers, but even if I am recalling that incorrectly- Its just not that hard to make a veggie patty from scratch that tastes way better than the frozen premade ones. Using the frozen kind at a place that seems to take pride in doing a number of other items from scratch is a slightly disappointing shortcut to see.

Service is friendly but sometimes takes a long time to come back and check if you need anything.
Overall I like Alina's and am happy to stop here every once in a while, and would encourage anyone else to visit too.“

“Had a great time during their Sunday Piecing it Together event. Tasty drinks and snacks were available. The staff was super friendly and helpful teaching me a couple games and and playing some rounds with me. They also have “missing pieces” you can earn by learning and playing games. I have to go back next week to get my last “piece” Definitely worth a visit.“

“Vashom island, Washington: A wonderful kitchen run by Nepali owners. Great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly wonderful people. We enjoyed some of the best vegetable and pork momos. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Birbal ji—such a kind and humble soul.“

“I ordered a half sweet black sesame latte. The barista was very nice and also asked me if there was enough sesame in case she needed to adjust. That was very considerate and I appreciate those touches.

As for the cafe, it is in a small Korean shopping center and is on the smaller side. But, it was nice and quiet with a few tables and then a couple of bar-style seating around. The music and the voices were at a lower volume and had I my computer, I would have camped out for a while.

But, maybe for the next time I visit.“

“My boyfriend and I frequent the BECU ATM nearby every so often and if Asensio Coffee is open then we will stop by. They have seasonal specials which is always a win for my boyfriend and I as we love trying out new specials. The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. We stopped by recently to grab their fall drinks and I saw on the sign that the drink I chose pairs well with a pumpkin spice whipped cream. It is extra so I decided against it. We found a spot to sit at while we waited for our drinks and not only did the employee hand delivered our drinks to us but told me she added the pumpkin spice whipped cream for me. I thought that was super sweet of her that makes the visit all the more special and reason to visit. They do also have a reward system that we joined too.

The store is well maintained and there are plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of groups or sole patrons. They have some handcrafted goods to buy as well. We asked if they were dog friendly and they said dogs are welcome so we definitely will stop by more often as the weather gets colder.“

“If you want a hole in the wall experience this is truly the place to go. You aren't overwhelmed by the amount of menu items, which is great because you have the best options to chooses from. The spices and ingredients was a new taste that I've been missing. I know it can be intimidating going to a new place, but the workers here are so nice and can help you find the right dish for you. The quantity is quite large, so there's plenty to share or bring home for leftovers. Don't forget to order their popular tea. “This busy coffee shop and bakery is located in a warehouse and office park. I had a good egg brioche sandwich and because I don’t drink coffee, I ordered a Coke. In this case, it was one from Mexico that made with cane sugar.\n\nThere’s a nice patio out front to just sit and relax. I walked there and asked for a 20oz coffee, great service(!) but when I tried to pay with my European card didn’t work on the machine. The lady working there told me it was okay - they literally gave me the coffee for free and I gave her a huge Hugh five in disbelief, chock and joy over that amazing move from this coffee house. The ladies here are very quick to memorize your drink, if you're like myself and have the usual go-to. I don't think I've had a bad beverage from here, ever. On the night we were there the Seahawks were playing and the staff seemed distracted, so service was sometimes slow. But our family had a great time, and ended up catching the tail end of a very exciting game. The steelhead and the risotto were especially good. We will be back.“

“I do recommend them because they're a great way to donate to those who need help. but on that same note, the cooks need pay closer attention to the product. The biscuits were burned today, hard as a rock on the bottom and a weird heavy texture in the middle. I did say something. the guy working at agreed with me and offered to give me something else, but I told him not to worry about it. I think that the cook needs to pay better attention however. Beyond that everyone there is really sweet, but the service can be rather slow.“

“I absolutely love this place. Kickdown Cafe as a very cute little hole-in-the-wall business. The nice lady makes good food. The iced coffee is very tasty and they have a large verity of goods there. They even do massages and therapy. I really loved the service and the atmosphere. They accept volunteer work and will happily accept any extra help they can get. “Im not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I have ordered from here 2x and went 2x. The prices are good, less than chains, the lattes are STRONG but good. Idk what kind of English muffin they use on their sandwich, but it’s amazing. It tastes like the crumpets I had in England. And the eggs are weird fluffy scrambled eggs that were shaped, it’s different but soooo good. London fog was just normal, chai great, latte and cappuccino by far the best I’ve had in this area. I don’t think people that want super sweet drinks and Frappuccino’s would like it here. So go elsewhere if you have a child’s palette or are a child? I’m salty from the bad reviews.“

“Very cute and cozy spot!! The service is always attentive and we’ve loved every drink we’ve had here! We’ve tried their matcha, pumpkin spice matcha, corn cream latte, einspanner, grape ade, korean pear ade and all of them have been fantastic.

Also, their basque cheesecake is delicious — sweet potato and chestnut has been our favorite. I appreciate their hours, so I can get a yummy drink in the morning or in the evening. A good spot to work or study and hang out in.“
