“A small family owned business owned by a very nice Korean family. I would describe this as pan-Asian cuisine. The Korean food is top notch as expected since the owners are Korean! They are more than willing to show you what Korean food is all about! Very convenient fast casual spot. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again!“

“I've been reviewing places across this country for over a decade. This Happy teriyaki restaurant is the absolute best Japanese food I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful & very very clean. The woman serving us was such a charming sweet woman whom instantly made us feel very welcomed and our service was very fast. Food to the table after we ordered in under 10 minutes. Presentation of the food was phenomenal. very well put together. “Located in the entrance to Dupont. The Good_ Really good terioki and yakisobi. Other yakisobi places only give you like 3,4 or possibly 5 pieces of shrimp in your meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find i had at LEAST 10. a plus!
The negative. _Quite expensive! We got 1 dish of Terioki, 1 dish of Yakisobi plus 2 orders (4) egg rolls, NO drinks, NO other extras and our bill was nearly $50. Yes_it was delicious but I question the price tag.“

“We showed up and right away were greeted and sat at 1 of their 2 tables, they have a row of bar chairs at the counter. They served us ice water and warm edamame, then ordered: I got the Salmon Lemon Roll and the Alaska Roll. My s/o got the Chirash. We both LOVED our choices. After we were done and paid we each received a thick juicy orange slice and a 12oz bottle of apple juice. We grabbed a to-do menu and left. We will definitely be coming back soon.“

“This restaurant is top 3 lunch/dinner spots in the state. I eat here at least once a week. Food is always prepared perfectly, prices are fair and competitive, and the staff are kind and engaging. I bring my kids also and they have a great kids meal that even my picky toddlers will finish. Recommend the lunch time specials- food portions are large.“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“

“First time order for pick up and so glad I tried them. A friend picked up so I am not sure about parking, etc. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I ordered the tuna and yellow fin. The teriyaki short rib was cooked just right and generous portion. Crab Rangoon was very tasty and I could tell it was made to order. Great menu with lots of options and very easy to order online. “Tasty food and portions are large. We dined in and were provided with extra bottles of dressing and another spicy sauce. My husband had the bento (teriyaki chicken, bulgogi, fried rice and gyoza/egg roll) and I had chicken katsu that I shared with my little one. There was plenty of food to share. The server/owner anticipated our needs and offered to go boxes before we even asked and gave us complimentary fortune cookies. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was great. We look forward to going back and highly recommend this place.“

“I have ordered takeout from here many times in the last few years and can't complain. High praise from other reviews are good indication of consistent quality meals they've been serving, hot and fresh everytime and its served timely.

My favorite is the Chicken Katsu and for Lunch Special get Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu combo for $13.99 (pre tax). It comes with two scoops of rice and side salad. Chicken Teriyaki is tender and has a great smoke charred flavor, sauce is not overly sweet or salty. Rice is good quality and texture, cooked perfectly.

The owner is friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I read on other recent review that dine-in customers were served their meal in take-out containers and I can confirm that I saw a couple eating in at the restaurant today (while I was waiting for my takeout) and they were eating in takeout container as well. I know some places do this by default so I don't know if they've always done it this way, but I guess if I am eating in, I would prefer to eat my meal on a plate.

The location is in a newer plaza complex in Lacey with plenty of parking and easy to get in and out roundabouts. Great pricing too. They kept it true and consistent through thick and thin over the years!“

If you are looking for the best and most bang for your buck, without sacrificing quality and originality, Trapper's is definitely your spot 👌. There were non existent wait times for a spot to sit at the bar. Upon seating we were immediately given water, just before a dashing server with stylish frames and french braided pigtails visited to take our drink and appetizer orders. This young lady was super attentive and checked on us every 5 min or so. The chef that was taking our orders as we went on through the meal was highly efficient and skilled, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and their ingredients. Execution was fantastic; everything tasted wonderful, and it almost seemed too good to be true that it was endless dishes for a flat rate. Ordering this way allows you to get the perfect amount your belly is seeking. 5 stars overall. There were a couple of ingredients they didn't have but it was all you can eat, so it's understandable completely. Would certainly go back anytime.“

“From mine n my roommates regular HT#3. Roommate likes the bigger menu and food but #3 is alot more relaxing. the remodel is nice but it seems to have cut least a 1/3 of seating guess you needed the added kitchen space 👍. I've been coming to this location since atleast 2013. when my family would come and get unlimited sushi for birthdays had a sake bomb aswell. today (04/25/21) I had the "Bad Girl" roll extremely yummy. also had the crab rangoons which were good aswell.“
