“The new owner Sarah uses the highest quality ingredients for her community that was shared by her and her employees. The salad dressing and all sauces are made fresh and very tasty. Portions are great, services from the staff is so inviting and friendly with care. Atmosphere is upbeat as everyone there has smiles on their faces with bright greetings. Perks for clean restroom!!! ? Price is very reasonable for the quality and portion size!!! “I was surprised by the portion sizes and the piece sizes, much bigger than most moderately priced sushi places, and the fish is well sourced. I am pretty certain it's Japan-sourced tuna.The service was excellent. Had a great server, and Kyle did an outstanding job above and beyond to cater to the kiddo.The atmosphere felt like a blend of older Japanese cultural styles with a modern and Westernized take.Price wise it wasn't too bad for 3 people came out to around $100 w/ tip. It can cost that much at Genki Sushi with just 2 people. I got the dragon roll & Nigiri plate (awesome deal), and the rest of the fam had a bento, call roll, cucumber salad a few other things.Overall I think it's priced appropriately, has good sushi for around here, and is a pleasant place.“
“The fried rice is little more than rice with a few peas and carrots added in, the sauces are scanty (but very good!) you have to order xtra if you want enough to cover everything.Overall the food is very good and portions are decent,even without or doubling up the meats. One of the better spots in GH. The staff is very friendly and convivial-more than I remember from pre covid days. This is one of my “go to” teriyaki places. Prices are up as they are everywhere but not exceedingly so and well worth it.Dining in is cramped dingy and probably not the cleanest , but a lot of good food places are no more than that. So not an issue with me.“
“Was hesitant to try this place again after the previous owners...just terrible! I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, friendly attitude and amazing delicious food!! The teriyaki sauce was so good...we had chicken teriyaki, Kung pao chicken, beef teriyaki, and katsu chicken. All were excellent!!“
“Tried this place for the first time because I noticed they had teriyaki salmon. This is the best teriyaki/sushi place I’ve ever had. We did take out. My husband had to wait a bit for food since it was a busy Valentine’s Day evening, and the host was so kind. The chicken teriyaki was moist and very flavorful. Mongolian beef was the best I’ve ever had. They also threw in valentines treats for us which made my night.“
