“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “The guy at the counter was friendly, we had an interesting conversation. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the positive vibes from the staff. The burger i ordered was perfect, the patty tasted like real meat instead of filler, fresh vegetables, assembled with care rather than just thrown together. I don't know how they made the fries, but they were so addictive... I ate them all, whereas I usually throw away at least half at other restaurants. “Yesenia was super helpful and patient with me to retrieve my 4 digit code for the kiosk. My favorite go to order is a Crunch wrap supreme, swap the chicken for steak, no tomatoes, add pico de gallo, add avocado ranch, add green cabbage, order a side of sour cream, (once you have the sour cream mix the diablo sauce with it and spoon some on your crunch wrap supreme and take a bite 👌🏻) I also love the peach mango 🍑 🥭 agua fresca! What is your go to order!¿ Next time I am excited to try their Chicken Cantina bowl and their mexican pizza. 🥰“

“It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

“I came in this Resturant, April 9th 2025 and I tasted their butter chicken pizza for the first time and it was amazing! The family working there were very friendly, and I had came back in 5 minutes later to get another pizza because it was actually good, they got me fresh everything and had even given me complementary galab jamen.“

“The drive-through was great, quick to address you and respond. The order was correct (amazing) and the food was of great quality, hot ,fresh fries and burger made to my order. The food was gonna take a couple minutes so they asked me to park around front and promptly brought it out to me. I like this because it doesn't cause a line to back up in the drive-thru which I rarely see executed at other MCDONALD'S. The staff here seem very competent and well trained.“

“Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

I received a coupon to try something new and it was almost meatless. Plenty of melted cheese and a pasty tiny meat pieces.
Also the coupon was not accepted at this Arby’s due to contract with gas station.
I understand that.

“Great fast service! Gone here 10 or 15 times, no issues. Ordered off the classic menu early December and the gordita was indistinguishable from a soft taco. Just poor presentation that I don't blame employees for corporate ideas. Also new products have learning curve to perfect.“

“Honestly this place is amazing ? we have been many times since moving to auburn and it beats the fast food around here....which really sucks the food and the attitudes. They have never gotten our order rong and are always friendly.....did I mention the AMAZING food!“

“Store was understaffed. One person was running herself ragged between the front counter and the drive through while the other guy was off somewhere. The vestibule to either side of the store was too small and hard to get through with a wheelchair. The lobby/dining area was clean and well maintained. Didn't see the restroom. 😺 =^..^=

Update - Better experience, today. The girl at the counter was not as mentally present as she could be but was not rude. She thought I ordered just a sandwich when I wanted the meal, but didn't charge for the fries and drink. We dined in this time. Dining room was clean and bright. Asked for a bag to take leftovers in and was helped by a cheerful young man. Overall, a good experience. Still haven't tried the restroom but I assume it's as clean and well stocked as the rest. 😺 =^..^=“
