“The beer tenders are great and I love the trivia on Tuesdays. beer it's good. But, I miss some of the Cairn classics. Wish they would bring them back. Seaplane in particular. Parking is awful. they used to open up the patio area for parking during the winter. postdoc has not done this despite the fact that nobody wants a beer outside when it's raining or snowing. great place though to hang out. kid and dog friendly. Their membership program is pretty awesome too!!!!“

“This is a reliable go-to in Ballard. Good food and drinks with friendly service. I've been many times with my family and also in larger groups and have never been disappointed. Ordering is at the counter, and even when it's busy it moves quickly.“

“Unique old garage atmosphere, dark and dirty with somewhat community seating. There are many beers on tap which super fun at order time. The staff is happy to pour samples and is prepared for the asks. However, the samples are so small that they are worthless unless you are a tasting pro or just trying to distinguish between a stout and a Pilsner. If your whole existance is varieties in tap beers, samples are part of the business. Embrace that and ensure customer experience is part of the package. Every time I get samples, I get the rushed feeling. Here's your 2 drop sample, suck it down and give me your order. I come here for the ~40 beer tap selection; it's part of the fun! Sampling adds to the experience and prices are high enough that I want to enjoy my beers.

“So first of all I would like to say if you grab a burger and fries from next door at Red Mill you are allowed to come inside here while you enjoy their enormous selection of cold beverages. Not only are they extremely helpful and knowledgeable but you have a huge selection. A very clean and inviting spot with an amazing view outside where the front is even open a nice day. Plenty of places to sit. Parking is a little tight so I tried to avoid right at lunch time.“

The server asked what I wanted, and she gave me limitless samples of just about about all of their IPAs and spiked ciders, limeades. Music is ‘80s(best decade) so of course its cool 😎“

“One of our friends described this very Seattle brewery perfectly: You see people playing D&D while the Seahawks are playing. Beers are brewed in house! We love playing games and hanging out here. Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. I mean, how can you beat hanging out, drinking and playing board games while watching sci-fi films / Seahawks games? Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. This place has a great happy hour food menu, and a party of four can be satisfied by ordering from the menu and enjoying a couple of drinks. I don't ever feel like I need to grab a bite from the food trucks nearby, and think more about their small bites than their drinks.

It says taproom as they have a great selection of beverages, but if you are the type that wants to also eat something that isn't chicken tenders and fries... the Trailbend Taproom might land on your rotation soon.“

SH makes so many IPAs, and now often outstanding ones! This will be a must stop for fresh hop season Sep-Oct every year! So looking forward to it this year. Hey Seattle, SH gave the fresh hop master class in 2023. They were 2nd to Holy Mtn ONLY in 2024. Expect big things every year from them (｡•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧“

“We had the best first experience at K Street Food! Finding halal Korean BBQ isn’t always easy, so we were so happy to see they offer a dedicated halal menu — such a win.

The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and very clean. The grills were spotless (which matters so much for BBQ), and everything felt well maintained and comfortable.

Now the food 😍 — the meats were incredibly flavorful and tender, and the sides were just as delicious. Every plate that came out made us more excited to keep grilling. The halal menu is on the pricier side, but honestly it feels worth it for the quality and portion sizes you get.

It’s a large restaurant with plenty of seating, but it’s clearly popular, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation. Such a great spot for a fun night out!“
