“Been frequenting this little gem since working a cpl days a week in Kenmore and just love it. The staff is friendly, very experienced and fast. I waited out 6 other cars this morning and was served in less than 5 mins and got a "thank you for waiting". Speed+accuracy+professional and personable attitudes make for the perfect "go to" coffee place :) I'll never understand why people sit for 20 mins in a Starbucks line when there's places like this, around.“

“I wish they had more non-coffee options and more food items, but a solid coffee shop. The location is ideal for gathering with friends or studying alone. The tea is from a small independent company and is quite delicious, unlike many other coffee places using Tazo tea or other common store-bought brands.

I would definitely recommend this place if you were looking for a third space in Kenmore.“

“Everyone who works here is SO DANG NICE. The drinks are also very good, especially the fun ones! I usually do the same lil caramel machiatto but I sometimes get a really sugary treat before my work day starts. They also have blazing bagels (get the herb garlic cream cheese its so good).“

“I have been coming here with my mom for years. Jodie has been an amazing. She has always treated me and my family/friends with respect. Lively conversation always very delightful to speak with. As I have worked in serving industry I understand sometimes people are tired after a long days of food/drink service, I would hope no matter what they would still at least try to be polite. Today I came in around 6:40 and had asked if the stand was still open. I haven’t seen this younger lady before, she was blonde. Wasn’t wearing a name tag. But she proceeded to tell me that “Pretty much we are out of everything.” That confused me decided to not order a coffee and just get a strawberry cream frappe. I asked her if there were any shortages or if she had already started closing stuff up. (Which I totally understand working in coffee and restaurants you like to start on some closing duties around that time) she just pretty much ignored me. I paid with my card, but I wanted to possibly get change so I could leave her cash tip. She rolled her eyes and said “No we are not customer service.”I didn’t want to give this store a bad rating because I have come here for years and this being the first time being treated like this by an of the employees..And to top it all off, the strawberry cream frappe did not have any flavor except crushed ice and milk.“

“We visited Aroom with our family and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the coffee is excellent, and the interior is very stylish and thoughtfully designed.

The service truly stands out attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which makes you want to come back again. A special thank you to the team: our little son accidentally spilled his hot coffee, and they immediately made a new one for him. That level of care really touched us.

“We've used Lighthouse whole beans for many years now, using a Breville conical burr grinder. A great way to go! But could you say a few words about the 'big' grinder you use for your ground bags? How quickly should one be able to get through a ground bag to retain consistency?“

Everyone who works and volunteers here is so kind as well. The kitty-themed drinks and kitty macaroons are all delicious too! And the cat-inspired decorations—even in the restrooms—are wonderful! “I was surprised by the long line this Sunday morning, but even so, the wait was short and we ordered the special of the day — macadamia coconut cold brew with cold foam — and a single espresso. Service was super quick, my coffee was delicious, and I honestly wished they had a larger cup size haha. That said, I do have to admit the espresso was a bit burnt (and both drinks were on the pricey side).
Still, with the outdoor seating available, we really enjoyed our coffees in a pleasant atmosphere. We’d definitely come back!“

“When you imagine the coziest, sweetest home-town style coffeehouse, picture Copper Tree. It's both local, incredible service, and amazing coffee. The menu is diverse and interesting with a drink for everyone. The local food options were great for a breakfast grab and go. I was very fortunate to time my visit before a wave of customers, a line out the door is not uncommon. Fear not, the line goes quickly. My latte was served at the perfect temperature and was complex and delicious. Their house-made pumpkin sauce is spiced to perfection. I can't wait to try their whole fall specials menu. “This beautiful coffee shop was on my list of must-visit places, and it did not disappoint! They had all kinds of syrups, flavors, and coffee options. The owner was such a sweetheart and treated us wonderfully. Plus, they have a black and white photo booth, which was such a fun bonus. The shop also has a small Hispanic section, which brought back memories of going to ‘la tienda’ in my hometown. Can’t wait to go back!“

Got a lox waffle and a Cuban sandwich. Cold brew with cream and hot dirty chi tea.

It's small but not cramped very cute and cozy. We didn't think there was much place to sit so had plan to go but they made room for us at a table with was so kind of them.

Food was so good! Never had a lox waffle before. Loved the sauce. Coffee was delicious and strong in the best ways!

Definitely saving to come back and try some sweets!“

Love all the pastries, best and delicious coffee. Only thing is my favorite chocolate chip cookies are toooo much salt on top, I can't taste cookie part....but, I buy it anyway. I'm hoping it'll be no salt or just only a few grains of salt on it🤞.

Looked into it a little more and it's clear that they wrote the book (literally) on latte art and pulling espresso perfectly. Good to see they've trained their entire team well enough that the person writing the book doesn't have to pull all the shots. I enjoyed this place and will be back!“

“My wife and I came here for the first time years ago and it quickly became our favorite coffee shop in the area - we are now regulars! I recommend the sandwiches. They are unassuming on the menu - I assumed they were simple cold-case sandwiches, which I tend to avoid - but was so impressed when we tried them one day and discovered they're fresh-made, warmed and full of great ingredients, pestos and tomatoes and whatnot. I get the Med Chicken pretty regularly now. They also have a really great breakfast sandwich - I get sausage on a bagel with egg and cheddar, and it's really good. They use cafe Umbria, which is my favorite roaster, so that's a win for me. They make a great mocha, a great London fog, and the service is always good. Now that we have a little boy - who the owners love, and he loves them - we appreciate the lobby that's so easily accessible next door that he can run around in. The coffee shop itself is also very comfortable and always a relaxing place to sit and enjoy.“

“I heard about this place online and had to give it a try because I love Vietnamese coffee! I got the purple haze (ube latte with ube foam) and it was delish. Wish I could come back and try more! (PSA: this is definitely coffee for people who like theirs sweet and with lots of sugar/condensed milk, which is me) Also I did see people doing work here but the space is very small and too modern looking for my liking. I like the coffee shops I hangout at to have a homey feel with lots of couches and mood lighting but that may just be me!“
