Our local Kennewick now charges over national advertising prices "due to the cost of doing business in Washington State".”

“I dinned in on 1/1/25. Did not have a good experience at all. When we got there I ordered a pizza with extra pineapple, mind you they charge for extra toppings. I maybe got like 8 pieces of pineapple, was very disappointed. At the same time I ordered a chocolate chip cookie skillet. I ordered this ahead, trying to be helpful. When we were done eating they brought the check and I asked where the dessert was. They didn't even put it on my order. As everyone was a while past done eating, I did not want to wait for it any longer. Was extremely disappointed as this is my favorite part about coming here. And this probably isn't their fault, was probably my luck of the draw, but my soda was flat and gross 2. Overall experience was the worst I think I've ever had. I've ate here in the past and never had any problems. So not sure what was happening that night. But I don't think I'll be going back.”

“We've been coming here for years. When the kids lived at home, we ate here after church on Sundays. As empty nesters, we enjoy dinner here. We also like that there is easy access for walkers now that my parents have mobility issues. My favorite items are the Tripple Vista Burger and the Meatloaf.”

We had a group of 12 for dinner and our average meal was $15. They accomodated us and several other larger parties easily ( I did call ahead to reserve). The servers were attentive and pleasant even though it was a busy Saturday evening.”

The staff at this jack in the box are always friendly, kind, approachable and seem to have a good time interacting with their customers and each other. Nice to hear staff laughing with each other - which we've experienced each of our visits here (3?). Restaurant is clean, food is hot and fresh and fast, and great customer service.

“Every time I come here I am never disappointed. The pizza is delicious, the salad bar is always fresh and cold. My only complaint is they only offer Thousand Island in a packet, but thats ok, I just ask for extra. Your greeted when you walk in and when you walk out.”

“Always reliable for a good gourmet burger with lots of fries. We like it because they have 2 different veggie patties that you can sub on any of their specialty burger options. We had the Burnin Love and the Scorpion burger with their Veggie patty and they were both delicious. They were short staffed but the staff was friendly and helpful.
