“Yes to the hotel. It was nice, comfy and the staff were super friendly. The food on the other hand, not good at all. We ate at the pizza place, and the Dragon eighty eight. Both were less then average. I got the surf and turf at the Dragon, never have I received a steak cut into an even chunks. And the plate was dripping in sauce, it almost felt like I was eating canned dog food. If they amped up the food here, it would be so much better! We did enjoy ourselves but did feel like all the food we ate, was just not good :/“

Tried the Shanghai fog - don’t think it has any caffeine in it but was delicious. It’s not overly sweet and had a soft creamy taste. Definitely one of the more successful variations on the London Fog

Lines can get pretty long on weekends and I think that’s mainly due to the fact that there is only one person at the cashier and the staff didn’t seem to be in any rush to get through the line. Worth a short wait if you’re in the neighborhood~“

“Great hidden gem for drinks and casual Vietnamese food. We stopped by after a couple hours bowling across the street. It’s a pretty small cafe with limited amount of seating (approx 8 seats).

They have an extensive drinks menu and a few Vietnamese dishes for food. We all ordered banh mi and I went for the classic cold cut version. Also added an order of their fish sauce wings - a must get!

The sandwiches were great and came packed with both meat and veggies. The bread had a crunch but not enough to cut the inside of your mouth.

Before we left, I ordered their coconut coffee smoothie with boba as my dessert. It was too watery for my liking as I was hoping for a more smoothie/slushy consistency.“

“I am EXTREMELY picky about my boba tea drinks and outside of the ultra premium Taiwanese chains of Chicha San Chen and Heichalou, everyone else’s boba quality in the state is slipping at present during this economic downturn. BUT HERE COMES ATULEA out of nowhere — a local tea shop chain THAT DOES IT RIGHT! *Superb* boba quality and cooking/texture that even a respectable chain like Sharetea doesn’t manage anymore in our state! By a local boba store that crafts sincerely delicious and innovative drinks — down from its soy milk milk tea (still tasty despite the lack of non dairy creamer and made with quality brewed tea) to where it truly shines — the quality matcha latte drinks and real fruit puree fruity tea drinks that taste like tropical desserts in a cup and are truly refreshing and delicious on a summer’s day. They’re famous for their strawberry matcha latte and I HIGHLY recommend this incredibly yummy , utterly original Sticky Rice Scented Oolong Milk Tea with fresh mango puree and boba—delicious!

“This place is lovely, especially on a week day when it's less likely to be crazy busy. I took my brother and father here when they were visiting last week. My brother and I had the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, my dad has the peanut butter toast, we shared the breakfast potatoes and had three cups of coffee (two drip one americano). The total cost was over $100 with tip. The food was really good, but pricey. Seating was limited because it was very busy, so we took an open table in their main ordering space. It was pretty noisy and hard to hear each other. That said, this is a great place to come hang out for a luxurious cafe breakfast if price isn't a big concern.“

“I was in need of a second breakfast after having explored Discovery Park, and popped in here on the way back. As soon as I walked in, the aroma hit me in a great way.

I got a pickled carrot, cherry, baby lettuce salad with caraway dressing. It was GOOD! Super bright dressing, and all the elements just jived together. It was such a surprise.

“La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. The owners and staff are hard-working and kind. They care about their locals and the newbies. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You deserve it!“

“I wouldn’t recommend a special trip to Port Gamble, but there are a few things to spend a few hours or half a day doing. Most of the shops are overpriced yawners, but the general store is very different. It has a cafe, coffee shop, and general shopping. Don’t sleep on the second floor seashell museum.“

“I had an amazing sandwich from Yaygit. It was a couple months ago, but I still remember my visit fondly. I had a great chat with the owner (who made me the amazing sandwich!), and bought some of their dandelion chai powder to bring home with me. The sandwich was huge, full of tempeh, veggies, pink onions, and scrumptious bread. The dandelion chai is delightful, especially for cardamom lovers, it is spicy and rich. I love to have it with a creamy oat or cashew milk with a touch of sweetener. Yaygit feels comfortable when you walk in, and the people are very welcoming, I highly recommend you visit them soon!“

“Such a cool and chill coffee shop to sit and enjoy a coffee/chai. Has the chai and killed the Ginger spice but wish i was a little bit hotter. It was luke warm at best and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I would if it was hot. Overall a cool spot and makes me want to come work out of it soon.“
