“Great little cafe with excellent espresso. I came late at about 10:30am and the food was gone so I can't speak to that. I love working here with a coffee. They have free Wi-Fi and a private back room for studying or working. They always have beautiful art from local artist on the walls for decoration and to purchase. It's like a rotating gallery and makes a great atmosphere.“

“They have a really large indoor area for sitting to work. A covered patio and another seating area out front. Need a drive thru - yup, they've got that too. Dog friendly patios. Lots of street parking available. On the 347 bus line. Like other small local coffee stops I've been to in Shoreline, the staff is super nice, good coffee, and neighborhood focused. <3 I always start with a cappuccino somewhere new. For me - their's have a nice balance of foam, cream, and espresso. (I'm not going to mention large chain organizations who call it a cappuccino and it's really a "not-latte".) Good selection of snacky thingies too. Definitely worth a pop-in.“

Very happy how the staff sets boundaries for the cats and that they also have an area they can go to if they want alone time (the cats not the staff lol)The kitties are very well behaved and adorable, there’s lots of toys to play with and plenty of comfy places for them to be just piles of sleep.I was worried it would be weird with other people in the room but it was totally fine both times and everyone was really respectful. The second time I came was for a Taylor Swift listening party and it was awesome. I definitely recommend coming here for the cats and coming back because of the staff and vibes.“

“This was my first time here, and I was torn between the egg sandwich with mushrooms, the frittata, and the veggie toast. The person on register was very helpful and ultimately recommended the veggie toast, which was absolutely delicious.Whoever came up with that toast clearly takes pride in what they do and knows how to bring together flavors for maximum effect. It had an ideal balance of creaminess from the cashew butter, tanginess and earthiness from the fermented carrots and marinated beets, and freshness from the herbs and greens on top.“

“My favorite brunch place in Seattle. I absolutely LOVE their Dutch pancakes, they are perfect. My husband loves their classic breakfast plate and says it's simple but perfect. And we're both fiends for their special house made ketchup... so much so that I asked if I could have a side to take home.. haha. “A cute cat-fe that serves handcrafted beverages and assists the Seattle Humane Society in helping find homes for cats! The baristas have always been friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The latte art is really cute! Many of the cats are up for adoption within the cafe. The cafe also has resident cats that you can visit. The cat area is expertly set up for cat stimulation, exercise, naps, and places for kitties to hide away if they feel the need. For so many cats in one space, they do a great job at keeping it clean and odor free. SeaMeow also has yoga classes that you can attend alongside the cats! “Absolutely loved the atmosphere here!! It was so peaceful to sit at the beautiful wood tables amongst beautiful plant specimens. The kombucha on tap was AMAZING, Lemongrass flavored, strongly recommend. The mocha had good espresso but it was too sweet for me. It kind of tasted like drinking chocolatey lucky charms. “I was feeling like a pile of trash today but the second I walked into this shop my mood shot up thanks to the atmosphere. The music, plants, and baristas made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I ordered their Natural Papua New Guinea espresso and it was a real citrus fruit bomb. They offer a lot of different retail roasts with a great variety of processes and some co-ferments which I LOVE. The beans are a bit on the pricey side ($23-$27 for 12oz) but the quality is 100% worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you need a welcoming space and love modern coffee trends.“

“I was lucky enough to have a friend bring me some almond croissants when he was visiting. I got pastries here years ago, and I had forgotten how large and flavorful they were. There's a nice crust on top and just the right amount of marzipan. Again, the croissants are huge. Definitely reheat them in the oven before consuming!“

“Jason is an awesome person. He goes at lengths to address areas wrt bike assessment, damages estimates and charges reasonably. Never an instance of they trying to rip you off. My bike was recently damaged at a residential property and they offered to do a thorough evaluation while also making sure repair estimates are reasonable and in line with what insurance expects and the right format. Their sheet also listed a contact to an experienced lawyer in case I have follow up questions or legal requirements wrt bike law of Washington. No back and forth, just plain old professionalism. “Great local spot for coffee and breakfast. I was in the mood for a decaf coffee and they were able to make almost any option on the board decaf. They also have plenty of vegan options. I went with a decaf latte with oat milk and marshmallow along with a really good bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was stuffed and came toasted panini style which added a great crisp. The atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely worth stopping in this Cafe!“

“Best coffee experience in North Capitol Hill by far! Very unassuming since it's tucked away in the Kaiser building on 15th Ave, but absolutely worth the visit. “I was so excited to try this place out and it didn't disappoint as a brunch spot. We came on that one Saturday when it was super nice out, and opted to sit outside. The wait staff were nice as well. We had the biscuit sandwich and the brunch board to share and they were both good! I only wished that it came with more bread because we ran out pretty quickly. I came a second time for happy hour but was disappointed that their happy hour was pricing more or less as regular time. We got a board for happy hour and had the corona bean & fennel, whipped avo spread, and crispy yam mochi. All were good but I highly rec the corona bean & fennel! “TDLR; great spot to have a light meal, it doesn’t get crowded very quickly - so go early.I’ve been here multiple times and have ordered a few different things - avocado toast, the Matilda chocolate cake, tomato pepper soup and a bunch of coffees. I’m generally quite happy with the quality of the food here, and their coffee to great too.You do have to order at the counter and then find a table, which can sometimes get very messy and awkward given how full this place gets.“

“The best thing that can happen in life is when you unexpectedly bumped into a French bakery and the food was SO good! I was immediately cheered up by the delicate and exquisite cakes offered by La Parisienne during a cold and cloudy day in Seattle. It is definitely not cheap ($9.75 for the Tarte au Chocolat) but I felt so worth it because it took so much skills and dedication to make such great desserts! Everyone working there were super friendly and actually some of them are French. We sat by the window and it was a very relaxing and tasty experience.“

“Stopped by early in the day for pre hike pastries. I got the spinach feta pastry, blackberry cream cheese danish and Kringle slice. Everything was fresh and pretty delicious. I got things warmed up. I usually don't like almond forward pastries as I don't like the almond essence flavour. But that was really not the case here where almond was subtle and more in texture. Overall pastries were a little on the sweeter side for me but I can see why this place is famous.“

“This is the best Coffee shop in Washington state.I've tried 200+ coffee shops in Washington state, and I have not once encountered someone who could even MATCH what Cracken Coffee Roasters brings.The Pastries are Tasty. “I come here a lot because they are open late and serve espresso. I find most of the options on the menu too expensive so I generally avoid them. The main area that needs improvement is the service. Most of the servers are not particularly friendly, and one of them has been plain rude to me. One and only one of them currently working here is nice to me, though there have been good ones in the past who no longer work here. This is after coming here for over a year. And yes, coffee tastes different depending on how nice the person is who makes it for you.“

“Came for the first time today to try out the vegan Mac and cheese w vegan chorizo. I’m not a vegan however I am abstaining from meat/dairy for Ethiopian orthodox fasting right now and was really craving cheese. I had low hopes for vegan Mac and cheese but was incredibly surprised how creamy/cheesy-flavored theirs was! The vegan chorizo tasted more like ground beef than chorizo but still, it didn't taste like I was eating “fake” ingredients! “Checked out the local coffee shop, and try out the ice latte, lash life and sun ship coffee.Personally I feel like lash life is a bit too sweet but the ice latte was super awesome! Sun ship is more like a sour tea coffee with expresso. Both taste great but I will definitely recommend the ice coffee latte!!!! 10/10“
