“Yes to the hotel. It was nice, comfy and the staff were super friendly. The food on the other hand, not good at all. We ate at the pizza place, and the Dragon eighty eight. Both were less then average. I got the surf and turf at the Dragon, never have I received a steak cut into an even chunks. And the plate was dripping in sauce, it almost felt like I was eating canned dog food. If they amped up the food here, it would be so much better! We did enjoy ourselves but did feel like all the food we ate, was just not good :/“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location on the morning of July 8, 2025, around 10:50 AM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a smile.

A big thank you to Manager Rex for the fantastic customer service! it’s clear that he leads by example. I also want to give a special shoutout to the drive-thru girl (I didn’t catch her name) for being so polite, quick, and professional. Her teamwork with the rest of the crew was impressive.

“My wife and I came here for the first time years ago and it quickly became our favorite coffee shop in the area - we are now regulars! I recommend the sandwiches. They are unassuming on the menu - I assumed they were simple cold-case sandwiches, which I tend to avoid - but was so impressed when we tried them one day and discovered they're fresh-made, warmed and full of great ingredients, pestos and tomatoes and whatnot. I get the Med Chicken pretty regularly now. They also have a really great breakfast sandwich - I get sausage on a bagel with egg and cheddar, and it's really good. They use cafe Umbria, which is my favorite roaster, so that's a win for me. They make a great mocha, a great London fog, and the service is always good. Now that we have a little boy - who the owners love, and he loves them - we appreciate the lobby that's so easily accessible next door that he can run around in. The coffee shop itself is also very comfortable and always a relaxing place to sit and enjoy.“

“When you are on your way to a great outdoor exploring day in Washington state, this is a wonderful little coffee kiosk to visit and get your favorite drink! I got an excellent iced matcha latte made with almond milk. One of the best I have enjoyed! Just the right level of sweetness. We had a lovely conversation with the helpful owner - very personable.“

“Turtle Coffee is amazing! The owner is so kind, the coffee and food is delicious. I really appreciate the consistency of the hours & quality.

I get coffee from Turtle most weekday mornings and the owner, Sally, remembers that I take the bus so she makes sure I am in and out really quickly to make my bus in time! It is a thoughtful detail that keeps me coming back.

Turtle Coffee is a wonderful, prideful part of the Crown Hill community and absolutely a place to support!!

“A small cafe that specializes in non-alcoholic spirits, craft coffee, and absolutely lovely bakery and small bites. The atmosphere is welcoming and adult. Around the side by the bus bins there are a few thematic coloring books and pencils, origami instructions and paper, and freely available water. I thoroughly enjoyed myself finishing the coloring page of a Chinese herb. The food influences seem primarily German and Asian. “Let me preface this by saying that I am not typically a fan of chicken and waffles style dishes. Or at least, I thought I wasn’t. Then I tried the sandwiches they have here. OH MY GOODNESS. I legitimately feel like my eyes have been opened to an entirely new culinary world.

I went here with a buddy and we tried the brisket sandwich and the chicken sandwich. We decided to go halfsies and both of them were among the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever had. And easily the best waffle-sandwiches I’ve ever had!

I had to leave Seattle for the airport after eating here, and you best believe I carried my leftovers on the plane and ate them when I arrived home in another state.

This place is the truth!!! I cannot wait to return. It bears mentioning how friendly the staff was too! Nelson the owner took care of our table and man, what a professional. I look forward to being in his care next time I come in.

Since I am staying in the middle of the Kona coffee plantations, I went on a hunt for the best organic 100% Kona coffee today. So I found Pele Plantations just 5 minutes away from my Ohana. I was able to snag a private tour appointment cancellation...when I arrived nothing prepared me for the beauty of the plantation tour and the hospitality of Melanie and Vikram and of course the coffee.
