“Not only is the crispy rice and tuna, pork belly bun, and ramen delicious but they are also life savers. My best friend started choking and one of the employees came and gave her the Heimlich maneuver. Thank you for helping her! I tried to tip the employee and he refused. Really thank you. “It is always a challenge for me to eat Asian food of any type, as I cannot eat any soy sauce. We went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening and back again on Friday for lunch. To say they worked with us on my allergy would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had amazing food and a wonderful experience! Tye (sp) took care of us on the first visit. You would be hard pressed to find a better server. Each recommendation given turned out to be wonderful. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. Please go check them out! You will not be disappointed.“

“really good ramen and the chicken wonton ramen was really good. however, many of the dishes call.for THIN noodles. while they're good, they're not your typical ramen noodles. the THICK noodle is what most would expect to be seved if you order ramen. the thin noodle is much closer to hong kong style wonton noodle. food is certainly good and service is very friendly. Will definitely go again if I have a chance.“

“This delicious ramen trailer is tucked in the back of Figurehead Brewing and has a diverse menu of traditional ramen from different regions of Japan. I recommend the Hiroshima Tan-tan-men and Nagoya Taiwan ramen if you enjoy spice like I do. There is plenty of seating in Figurehead and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area as well. The service is friendly and quick, and there’s lots of condiments and topping available for self serve. Come check it out!“

“Delicious ramen and they could sub gf noodles to other ramen. Saved half so I could eat it for dinner but when I got home I discovered they only packed the noodles and threw away the broth. Dude you can't be doing that in the economy! I'll for sure go back but was sad I paid for only half a meal. RIP vegan broth.“

“My grandsons say this is the best food they have ever eaten in their whole life. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp yet perfectly moist; the short ribs were exquisite; the pot stickers and sushi were great. We loved our flavors, food, and experience and will always come back. One grandson says he would take a plane from anywhere in the world just to come back here.“

“Got takeout from big fish sushi tonight, hubs made a mistake ordering hand rolls instead of maki and they remade them for free. Super nice even though it was totally our fault. They also have a great bento box for kids, katsu,rice,California roll and edamame for $9 for kids. They have enough for 2-3 meals. Everything was delicious we will definitely be ordering again soon“

Update 9/11/25: Spot is still maintained really well and the woman who works on the floor alone is always lovely and such a hard worker. I come here whenever I'm in Seattle for a late night bite, but this time specifically noticed kitchen staff was different than the usual folks and the ramen itself and broth wasn't up to par with its usual. Might've been an off night as they were busy, but something to note. Every other time I've come very spaced out over the years has been lovely. Staff was still great with service on this night though, food was just lacking a tad.“

“This is what you call a hidden gem! IFYKY. Truly it has one of my favorite Japanese bar food, but the best thing here which was the most surprising is the Japanese spaghetti. Just think homemade from Mom right straight from her kitchen. I've been going here for the last couple years and it never misses. I absolutely adore this place. And the service is so lovely! Everyone here is just exceptionally sweet and kind. Its a spot you should bring a friend and share an app + spaghetti. Don't hate on it unless you tried it! The Japanese Kewpie mayo on spaghetti is insanely good.“

“I didn’t know that Google’s rating was so low and the English name doesn’t match the Chinese one. It seems that I changed stores before.
Today I ordered a small pot of beef offal rice noodles and it was pretty good. The soup was very rich. I was worried about the technology at first. But when I came back, I didn’t feel my mouth was dry. It should be a good soup base.
There are vegetables, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and beef offal. The rice noodles are also cooked well. It would be better if there are beef tendons. The beef leaves are very tender. Overall, it is okay. A portion ranges from 14.99 to 20 dollars.“

Incredibly tender fried chicken, with a crispy outside... we'll definitely be coming back so I can try more things! The bites I stole of my partner's curry were also incredible, so maybe I'll get that next time?“
