“Not only is the crispy rice and tuna, pork belly bun, and ramen delicious but they are also life savers. My best friend started choking and one of the employees came and gave her the Heimlich maneuver. Thank you for helping her! I tried to tip the employee and he refused. Really thank you. I know everyone’s adrenaline through the roof!“

“It is always a challenge for me to eat Asian food of any type, as I cannot eat any soy sauce. We went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening and back again on Friday for lunch. To say they worked with us on my allergy would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had amazing food and a wonderful experience! Tye (sp) took care of us on the first visit. You would be hard pressed to find a better server. Each recommendation given turned out to be wonderful. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. Please go check them out! You will not be disappointed.“

“I love ramen, but hadn't gotten around to trying this place because it's way out on 99. Finally dropped in one night and was really impressed. Great flavors and a pleasant vibe inside. Service was fast and very attentive. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Took my daughter and her friends there for her 20th birthday, and the food wasn't great, but the service was even worse. Rude servers. and the "Manager" was even worse. So expensive, for not great food.“

“This delicious ramen trailer is tucked in the back of Figurehead Brewing and has a diverse menu of traditional ramen from different regions of Japan. I recommend the Hiroshima Tan-tan-men and Nagoya Taiwan ramen if you enjoy spice like I do. There is plenty of seating in Figurehead and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area as well. The service is friendly and quick, and there’s lots of condiments and topping available for self serve. Come check it out!“

“Our go-to spot for ramen in Bellevue is this place.
I usually order their black ramen, which is pretty good. I’ve also tried their Vegan Harvest ramen, and it’s equally delicious. They also have monthly specials, so if you’re looking to try something new, you should check those out.
If you’re okay with eggs, you can switch out the thick noodles in the vegan ramen for thin ones.“

“The chicken paitan broth is the best broth - maybe liquid - I’ve ever tasted. The house-made noodles are perfection. I think this is the best ramen in Seattle, and, after more than a dozen visits, the food is consistently delicious. It’s quick service with gourmet flavors and complexity - a complete delight that will make your day better!“

“There was no wait for the table and upon sitting down we were treated to a light and relaxed atmosphere where the wait staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food itself was very satisfying and left nothing to be desired. I will be sure to come back and enjoy more of the same.“

“We lived in Japan and Akebono is for us as good as many of the restaurants we went to in Japan. If you are vegetarian you might enjoy the Inari Breeze Roll! We used to live near Inari - and my favorite sushi is Inari Sushi - they have that also but the Inari Breeze Roll has avacado, spring and cooked onions and tofu. Oh it's so good. So is the shrimp tempura appetizer, the salad, the Agedashi tofu and my husband love the Salmon Trio. I'm sure whatever you choose will be delcious. The atmosphere is very nice and it is very clean.“

“My grandsons say this is the best food they have ever eaten in their whole life. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp yet perfectly moist; the short ribs were exquisite; the pot stickers and sushi were great. We loved our flavors, food, and experience and will always come back. One grandson says he would take a plane from anywhere in the world just to come back here.“

“Got takeout from big fish sushi tonight, hubs made a mistake ordering hand rolls instead of maki and they remade them for free. Super nice even though it was totally our fault. They also have a great bento box for kids, katsu, rice,California roll and edamame for $9 for kids. They have enough for 2-3 meals. Everything was delicious we will definitely be ordering again soon“

“Betsutenjin Ramen - Soup for the Soul
The vibe can described as 1980s Mom & Pop Ramen in some alleyway that the locals absolutely cherish. And for me, well the food was great. The Gyoza juicy and the Hakata ramen was smooth with this gentle sweetness to it. Betsutenjin is always a great spot to sit down of a bowl of ramen when out on those late nights on the hill. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“On my first work trip to Seattle I'd just wander around the neighborhoods after work. I was checking out Seattle's Chinatown, when I stepped into a weird mall and found this Japanese sports bar upstairs.
A little dark, a little dingy, the bartender wasn't that friendly (well, he did take shots with a regular at the bar, so he was selectively friendly, but he did keep me well served), and maybe because I have attachment issues I instantly loved it! I hate being pandered to. Treat me like the object I am!
So people order food here, but I have not. I've basically gone to this bar for alcohol and to socialize. First time here I sat at the bar with a guy from Indiana, a girl from Africa, and a dude from Japan, while we chatted about restaurant work and and Seattle social tendencies.
This place had a dingy charm about it that appealed to something within me, so I like to visit every time I can. Don't bring people who enjoy the common things of life. This is a good bar to save for people who understand joy.“

“I didn’t know that Google’s rating was so low and the English name doesn’t match the Chinese one. It seems that I changed stores before.
Today I ordered a small pot of beef offal rice noodles and it was pretty good. The soup was very rich. I was worried about the technology at first. But when I came back, I didn’t feel my mouth was dry. It should be a good soup base.
There are vegetables, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and beef offal. The rice noodles are also cooked well. It would be better if there are beef tendons. The beef leaves are very tender. Overall, it is okay. A portion ranges from 14.99 to 20 dollars.“

“I love Menya Musashi. I visit the Kirkland location often for my favorite ramen in the greater Seattle area. I originally started going to the Seattle location, and was pleased to find out about the Kirkland location with much of the same menu and the exact same flavors. Hybrid ramen is my go-to. Definitely recommend. The staff is always friendly and helpful.“
