“I know we're not supposed to like fast food anymore ... but Jack in the Box is just fun. They are daring you to not want fast food tacos.... and they won!

I did. And I loved them. I was absolutely stuffed after I had the Loaded Tiny Tacos. It's legit, a box of tiny tacos with sauce and lettuce and cheese, served in a Chinese food style box. 🤌🏻 Perfection.

Eat it with a fork. Have it with a coke. Guilty pleasures never seemed so fun.“

“This place was so good!! I’ve been to a few vegan Mexican places and this one is my favorite now. We tried the asada and the chicken in our loaded burritos. Both were great. Want to come back and try the other plant- meats. Even my Mexican food-hating husband is eating my son’s leftovers. BTW: the burritos are huge.“

“Best Mexican food I’d had in Seattle! Can’t believe it took me this long to find this gem. I was so excited when I saw my carnitas I forgot to take photos… the salsa bar and the selection of hot sauces were ON POINT too!

One of the few places actually makes their carnitas not completely lean, and the mixture of fat/lean was so perfect that nothing was overwhelming. Even the side dishes it came with were delicious. the pickled pepper was refreshing and the beans actually had the perfect consistency (not overly thick or watery).

This will be my go-to for Mexican food for sure!!!! Can’t wait to come back and get the hot soup.“

“Great spot attached to the museum. Food truck is awesome. Very tasty fry breads and fast service for how busy it was. Definitely recommend this place. Sweet fry breads were delicious, we mixed the lemon with the raspberry and it was bomb.com. The savory fry breads are like giant tacos and are actually filling and a great deal for the price.“

“One of the Best Taco trucks in South Seattle! They are so Friendly and Fast, and everything on their Menu is Fantastic. The Fresh Tortillas and Veggies paired with cilantro, cheese and grilled protein are a perfect match!They even enlightened us on the deliciousness that happens when you put your Gansito in the fridge, its soo Yummy!“

“The food was amazing we literally got everything on the menu but the #9 😅 the flavors were all there and also in the salsas. I have a higher spice level so if the salsa was a little spicier it would have been better for me. To me it was more a mild - no spice but again my spice level is on another level.“

“The food is inconsistent the first few times was good but recently the food wasn't good the cashier didn't follow my instructions despite tipping them properly and telling him several times. They need to listen to their customers request and also need better practices when handling food. The customer service was also poor compared to last time.

“I finally decided to give Sophie's Tacos a try and now I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

From the family cooking to the food, everything is perfect.

I had the taco plate with Carnitas. Served with Mexican Rice and Pinto Beans this plate was enough for two people (or one hungry person). The Chips and Salsa are handmade and have a lime and salt flavor. The salsa is delicious and a tad spicy. My wife had the Pollo Quesadilla and it was super flavorful as well. The Passionfruit Agua Fresca was so good and brought the meal together nicely.

Go grab yourself a great meal at Sophie's Tacos you won't regret it!

“I had the veggie green wet burrito recently. The food was tasty and the service friendly. I wish the veggie burrito had fajita veggies or avocado or something apart from rice, beans and cheese. The cost was the same and the meat was just excluded. The habenero salsa that I tried with the burrito and the green sauce on the burrito were both delicious.“

“You can never go wrong with their asada burritos paired with pollo quesadillas. The pineapple aioli is a surprisingly tasty sweet contrast to the flavor of the burritos , the only reason why I gave this eatery a 4 star this time around was due to slightly firmer than expected rice in the burrito.

Totally will return and recommend this hidden gem in Bothell for excellent Mexican on the go cuisine“

“Their salsa roja is spicy and flavorful. Their burritos are a great value, filled with fresh veggies, avocado, and a generous amount of meat, and not overloaded with rice like other taco trucks. This is our go-to taco truck, even though there are many others that are closer.

Their cabeza (beef cheek) meat is very flavorful! Try it!

“We did the 4 PC chicken and small chicken strips and it was delicious. Great flavor of the potato salad and homemade tartar sauce was perfect. It was a lot of food and well worth the drive there from our house. staff was friendly. Smells wonderful inside. We'll be back again for sure.“

“So their South Indian food is really good. Super crispy dosa, soft idlis, flavorful aloo (with cashews ?), really nice chutney. The only thing is that their North Indian and Maharashtrian food kind of misses the mark. The peanuts in the poha are burnt. You're supposed to fry the peanuts, take them out, make the poha, and then put them back in. You should add some onions and potatoes to it too and cilantro at the end. Please fix this, I miss having poha regularly, and I don't have the energy to make it myself.“

“One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite. “This is a good Whole Foods location. I went to this Whole Foods location to use the Amazon return section, and return an item. The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.“

“One of the better Mexican taqueria trucks in the south end of the Seattle city limits. If your coming from Rainier Valley, Beacon Hill, Central District it's worth the drive and order pickup. Most of the dishes come with pickled veggies and a variety of 2-3 chili sauces on the side. Wait time is usually no more than 10 minutes. Try the burrito or quesadilla with your favorite filling as a standard for their food. Open till 10pm allows for good food options later in the evening (Instead of fast food) if your in Seattle.“
