Update: went through the drive through today (8/16/25) and ordered 3 things. They got all 3 things wrong.
My wife went through the drive through this morning, they got her order wrong. I went through the drive through the drive through this evening. They got my order wrong. Happened in the last couple trips as well. They have usually been good, I don't know what changed recently but someone there no longer cares.“

“Fantastic experience, three employees here tonight 1/17/26. We are a large group of eight, the employees were gracious & inviting even though the lobby was closed midway through our meal. The food was delicious. Thank you for an amazing experience after the sledding our family was starving.“

“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙“

“Food was good and so was the atmosphere. We told the waitress we would be splitting a Quac it out Burger. When the meal came it was on two plates and we thanked her for doing that. When we got the bill, there was a $1.99 Split Fee. That was never mentioned when we ordered it and should have been. Very deceiving that we weren’t told.“

“I used to love this place. now the only reason to go here is for the cars in the summer. I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.“

Besides burgers there are salads, salmon, and other bar food. I also like the macaroni and cheese. I eat here frequently Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. The Bulldog Pub is in the Hemmingson building, 2nd floor. Elevators and ADA accessable. A great place for lunch or dinner. Smaller menu, local beer and wine. Very good buffet this basketball season. Serves the buffet several hours before every home game (Men and Women). This is a no tip location.“
