“I went here for dinner. Jackie has been our cashier the past few times and she goes out of the way to accommodate the customers.

Parking: There are extra parking in the Safeway parking lot if Dairy Queen’s is filled up.“

“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“Very disappointed! 2 burgers, 1 cider, 1 soda pop & frozen custard (an unfrozen cup of melted, runny custard) $70 (over $80 including the tip)!!! One burger was suppose to be on a pretzel bun and wasn't, the other was flat, soggy and flavorless (literally had to add salt just to taste it), also more bun than burger. I'd been happier going to Dick's for a whammy, fries and a chocolate malt! Don't waste your money folks, jus' sayin'.....“

“I was craving a classic loaded American burger with cheese, pickles, tomatoes… the works. I ordered on Door Dash. The burger was huge, took up half the box and I demolished it! The fries were so good they smelled like heaven and needed no ketchup. Only issue was by ordering delivery everything is fresh and juicy so it came to me very sweaty almost soggy. 10/10 otherwise.“

“I used to love this place. now the only reason to go here is for the cars in the summer. I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.“

“This was the best place to get the mushroom and spinach omelette according to my dad the Dr Pepper at this IHOP on Fancher Road was the best the cook was phenomenal too. Far as I know the Dr Pepper there at IHOP on Fancher Road did not taste like a brown Tootsie Pop like on Denny's on Argonne Road. The biscuits and gravy were phenomenal I actually ended up leaving full. unlike Denny's on Argonne Road which I ended up leaving hungry there.“

“So I hadn't had burger king in years, and for some reason since I was a kid burger king is my top fast food place. Their Whopper is the king of fast food burgers to me lol. My delivery was missing one thing if their jalapeno things but still the burgers had my family wanting more the next day lol.“
