“I like coming in here and getting the blizzard. it's a real treat for myself. And I get a hamburger while I'm here too so my weight goes up. I like the Oreo blizzard. but my all-time favorite is the peanut buster parfait I just love all the chocolate smothered in there and it's hot with peanuts and softer ice cream. and the fries are good the staff was friendly helpful courteous and professional. I will be back time and time again. I like how you can sit outside.“

“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“I used to love this place. now the only reason to go here is for the cars in the summer. I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.“

“Arrived here on a whim with my lady, we were out and about in the Valley and decided to stop in because we were hungry. The burgers were the perfect size, price was about as you would expect from a decent burger joint. We playfully grabbed some Pokemon Cards drom the Vending machine they have set up inside. But lemme talk about the fries... perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, hot and fluffy on the inside. The Burgers themselves were a decent size and a good tasty bite all the way through. When we got the bill, there was a $1.99 Split Fee. That was never mentioned when we ordered it and should have been. Very deceiving that we weren’t told.“

And the fries 🍟 are on another level, if you want fries you definitely get then here. They will fill a brown paper bag for you full. “Shout out to our server last night, Rose! What a DOLL! We were in a group of 6 waiting for the Sleep Token show, and she was a DELIGHT! She took the time to learn all of our names, remembered our many, MANY different drink and food orders between all of us, and was so pleasant and lovely the whole time. “this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc. then the line keeps moving and our blizzards aren't soup by the time we get them.“

Besides burgers there are salads, salmon, and other bar food. I also like the macaroni and cheese. I eat here frequently Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. The Bulldog Pub is in the Hemmingson building, 2nd floor. Elevators and ADA accessable. A great place for lunch or dinner. Smaller menu, local beer and wine. Very good buffet this basketball season. Serves the buffet several hours before every home game (Men and Women). This is a no tip location.“
