I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

The bacon blue cheeseburger was as good as any I've got at any high-end pub and way less cheaper. thanks for having one of my favorites on the menu and you will have a repeat customer I guarantee.“

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙“

I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.“

It was all beautiful, temperature appropriate, and great tasting! It was busy, but the wait staff and manager were very attentive and we lacked NOTHING! “I've always had a great meal at Black Angus in Spokane. The meal I had on may2 was terrible. Ordered Prime rib med rare and was given a piece 3 inches wide two inches thick. It was end cut so very dry. I didn't make a big deal in the restaurant because I'm not that type of person. My wife had salmon which was very again that the salmon we've had before.“

“Shout out to our server last night, Rose! What a DOLL! We were in a group of 6 waiting for the Sleep Token show, and she was a DELIGHT! She took the time to learn all of our names, remembered our many, MANY different drink and food orders between all of us, and was so pleasant and lovely the whole time. She looked out for us and recommended the time to order food and still get into the show in time, since the kitchen was so busy. She’s amazing, and we all adored her!“

Besides burgers there are salads, salmon, and other bar food. I also like the macaroni and cheese. I eat here frequently Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. The Bulldog Pub is in the Hemmingson building, 2nd floor. Elevators and ADA accessable. A great place for lunch or dinner. Smaller menu, local beer and wine. Very good buffet this basketball season. Serves the buffet several hours before every home game (Men and Women). This is a no tip location.“

They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me!
