Currently I am the Chair of the Eastern Washington Veterans Task Force our groups serves veterans and military connected throughout Eastern Washington and we meet monthly to connect and discuss how we can best serve the Veterans in Eastern Washington, Inland NW, and North Idaho. Taqueria Guerrero agreed to be on site for our August meeting, the food was amazing and the experience was top of the line. They stayed even longer to serve the SFD that were co located on the same campus where we had our meeting to make sure that any if any of our SFD folks needed lunch they would be available to serve them as well. Ricardo never even hesitated attending when we contacted them to see if they would consider attending our meeting. Even when I could not give him a head count as to how many I could guarantee would be having lunch. We completely understood that in our current economic situation that could be a deal breaker and he said he still would be willing to attend. Ricardo, you represent what is great about our community and our local small business owners that are doing it right when it is such hard work day in day out. We as an organization will make sure to do our part to help and support business such as Taqueria Guerrero with in our veteran and military community and even my personal circles. I love that the burritos are not filled with mostly rice and beans (like another popular drive through Mexican restaurant). Their refried beans are a little different than what I have had. Do they cook them in bacon grease? I don’t know! What I do know is this place deserves more visits! Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are large, and when you order a meat in your burrito…you get the meat and not rice wrapped in a tortilla!“

The taco crust is crispy, the meat is juicy, and the guacamole and salsa are layered perfectly. “Fantastic breakfast, beds are most comfortable, but they did knock on her door three times before checkout time which was kind of annoying and I've been a housekeeper pretty much since I was 16 and I'm 32 right now I'm not doing housekeeping anymore but I've worked at like every hotel in Spokane and if I were to have done that at any hotel that I've worked at I would have been recommended for it like you can't do that you can't knock on the doors 16 times you know what I mean one time okay that's fine but then they need to communicate so there wasn't really that great of communication I'd say and I also didn't like that even though you have a scheduled time to swim you aren't able to get in with your own car key card you have to ask the front desk so I didn't really like that but other than that the hotel is fantastic the beds were comfortable I did have another issue the pull out couch bed did have sheets that were dirty that weren't changed so that was kind of gross but other than that my whole room was clean there was no hair anywhere there was fresh clean sheets on the two queen beds a really nice room but yeah other than that I'd say that's that this hotel is fantastic the pool area is nice there is no camera in there unfortunately I guess it doesn't really matter if you are a parent and taking care of your children is there something in there but the hot tub didn't seem to be as hot as it should be.. that's just my opinion but they do have a shower in the pool area as well so you can shower you can rinse off really quick all the chlorine and then they have a slider door from the pool room to outside with a little patio and that was really cool too so if you're a smoker I don't know if you can smoke out there but I mean if you just want to sit outside well other people are swimming just to bask in the Sun or whatnot that was fantastic as well! The gift shop is pretty fairly priced as well so I like that also.“

“We LOVE LOVE LOVE all the beautiful creations that MAMA TIAZ makes. Tonight we had her pulled pork, macaroni and cheese and coleslaw and it was a treat for our pallet. My husband and son who are not the biggest fans of pulled pork said that the combo of the pork and coleslaw were a home run and the best they have ever had. MAMA TIAZ also makes the most delicious desserts. If you can think it she can make your culinary dreams come true. MAMA TIAZ also makes the most yummy Chicken Pot Pie with homemade crust. She catered our whole Thanksgiving meal. What haven’t I said?! Try her out because you will not be disappointed! I promise. She’s an amazing human with a wonderful talent.“

“Only eat there. never order delivery through a service. they will mess up everything you order for delivery, every single time. want to add sour cream? they'll put it in the wrong burrito. want to remove a sauce? they'll put on extra. this happens across every location in Spokane, every single time I've gotten delivery. again, only eat in store, and not the Sprague store, it's disgusting in there. last time I was in there they had dead flies on the tables and a leaking ceiling.“

“Another of my restaurants in which I said “if I ever make it back to Spokane…” I would eat at. And I did. It was what I expected. It’s been 25 years or so since I last had Senior Froggy and wanted the crisp meat burritos. They were slightly different than i remember, like they slightly changed the filling. Or likely more I remember them differently.

I knocked a star for atmosphere, not for anything done, but rather the restaurant looked a little dated. Honestly doesn’t shock me and seems fast food is different here than down in Texas in that it costs a bit more than I am used too.

But overall I do recommend still and might give it another try before I leave again.“

“I just want to say that every time I’ve eaten at the Sprague and Pines location the food is wonderful and the customer service is also amazing!! Heidi was so great she was so kind on the phone when I called 2 minutes prior to closing asking if I pull in the lot at 9-9:01 can I please still order She was so sweet and told Phil the guy at the window to take my order and they did. Shane I am assuming made the food and it was perfect no complaints at ALL!!!! This is rare because almost every other Taco Time in Spokane, Wa. Has either messed up the order or the food is awful. I had to go back twice the other night at the Francis location which was super frustrating because it still was not right!!
