“This is a great place for sweets. You place your order through the kiosk and pay with a card.
There are usually a couple of employee who works there and they’re so busy - no one greets you.
Some of the cookies are pretty good and some are so-so. Lots of cream and sugar.“

“Long wait to order in store on a Saturday afternoon. At least 30 minutes. Then 3 of the 4 rotating flavors were sold out. As it was disappointing for my nephews Bday surprise treat, the cookies were insanely delicious. Yummmm.
Update, 5 or so yrs later... the Puyallup/South Hill Manager and team have been wonderful. Kind, and never out of flavors unless a big sale (like crumbles recent bday and just before close). 😋“
“So many options! This place is great! They have sweets and snacks. We went one day and got 3 scoops, not realizing how big the scoops are! But it was so worth it. The tarro ice cream was so creamy and smooth. Great flavor! Will definitely be back and I definitely recommend as you won't be disappointed. Lots of great Mexican flavors and others.“

“Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.“
“John and his team at All City Ice Cream are an absolute delight to work with! John has worked hard to customize 6 events with our PTA and has gone out of his way to help ensure that we had amazing events and met our goals. He’s diligently ensured that all insurance paperwork is in order with the school district, which is an extra lift for him that he graciously worked through. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough! His scooped ice cream is delicious, and the kids like the novelty bars. At our last event the line stretched down the side of the building because his truck was so popular! Do yourself a favor and call John for your next event, you’ll be glad you did! I’m so glad I stumbled on his website 3 years ago, he’s been an absolute asset to our PTA sponsored events!“

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“

“I love bubble tea and very picky about it. I went into TEAlicious and was blown away today! The owner was very friendly and cares a great deal about customer service and making sure you are happy before you leave. He had great recommendations and the puffles come in sweet as well as savory! Let me say BACON! My daughter and I enjoyed the atmosphere, puffles and our teas. They do not disappoint when it comes to food, atmosphere and service.“

“The closest Baskin Robbins to me and I'm so glad as this was one of my good to ice cream shops when I was younger, including whenever my mom and I stopped by the mall. The service here is usually good as the people are friendly. The person who was there on December 15 had a warm personality and she got my pick up ready on time. I was able to pick up my single scoop which is the birthday reward that they give you. I got the Winter White Chocolate and it was decent, I like the chocolate chunks in there. My only complaint was that it tasted like cherries or other fruit which means that the spoon they used to scoop it up wasn't clean or properly washed. The space looked clean and it seemed like the employee was organizing/cleaning the counter which shows that she doesn't just idle around.“

“Great milkshakes and flavor options! Fish and chips were very good, and the chicken strips were tasty (best part is they didn’t taste like the fish aka not same oil). Had better fries but honestly didn’t eat here for the fries lol, great summer experience for the kiddos.“

“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. I would give them all five stars. Keep up the great work you all.“

“We went on Sunday, November 17 and Monday, November 18, 2024 to Baskin Robbins Kent Wa, and the truth is excellent service, atmosphere and products. The place was very clean, the girl who provided us with very kind and patient attention. Recommended!“

“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“

“I am writing to compliment the staff at the Pacific, WA Dairy Queen. Ozzie, Tiffany and Jeremy all have fantastic customer service skills. They make you feel welcome and seem genuinely happy to have you in their store. The food is also very good and service is fast. We live mush closer to another DQ, but we always go to this one in Pacific because of the staff there.“

“My wife and I enjoyed a wonderfully prepared Dbl cheese burger, cheese burger and fries. For desert we enjoyed a large serving of mint chocolate chip ice cream. The staff were very engaging and the facility was spotless. I highly recommend you check out this drive in for yourself!“
