“I am OBSESSED with this location! The other day, my spouse and I were in line behind like two cars and when we got to the window, they already had our drinks made! The staff here is truly OUTSTANDING. Like, we have barista friends and that they are able to create that atmosphere of welcome through a drive thru is really amazing.
Also, when they switched their oatmilk to something that was awful, the staff encouraged me to reach out to customer service and I did and within a couple of weeks we were back to the amazing oatmilk that fuels the coffee drink that makes me able to face the day. They are responsive and kind all the way to the top. I couldn't recommend this place more!!“

“We love WUC and have for a very long time, back when there was only one location! But this one is our favorite due to all the friendly baristas and consistency in getting good coffee. We especially appreciate Hayley and how she always knows both mine and my husband’s orders and has even had them ready when she saw us pull up. That really stuck out to us because it shows such a high level of paying attention to her customers and making them each feel special. We frequently tell her she’s not allowed to leave 😅 But, I also have to say that we also appreciate Ari and Trendon (I’m so sorry if I misspelled that!!). This location is just top notch with a fantastic team!“

“Urban blends in the mall is so cute, it's a little oasis in the midst of all the stores. The person there was so friendly, and so helpful with finding us the perfect blend of flavors for our iced lotus. She was knowledgeable, talkative and obviously knew what she was doing, truly great customer service. If you're in the mall, there's no other place to stop and have a little coffee and snack. To be honest, it's worth going out of your way for even if you aren't at the mall. Definitely check it out.“

“Ok so I saw the bad reviews for this stand and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't quite do that.
First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. So I went and got ice, water, and breakfast for the kids and drove back to our hotel. By the time I got home I had coffee spilled on our new leather seats because the coffee lid was leaking. Not because it wasn't on tight but because there was coffee all up in under the lid.
I opened it, used McDonald's napkins to clean the mess and put the lid back on. By the time I got to the room the cup was leaking again--same problem.
So the coffee tasted great and she was happy with it but the cup thing was just ridiculous. If you're in the coffee stand business you gotta have the right stuff to make a good product, and leaky cups or lids that are flimsy and don't fit right.. sorry that ain't cutting it. Probably try a different coffee stand next time.“

I purchased a couple hand pies, cherry and strawberry rhubarb, and was very satisfied. Perfect amount of filling, buttery/flakey/light crust.. I will definitely be eating my way through their menu and can't wait to try my next selection!“

I often get group orders and feel bad about it but they still pump them out fast, are very accommodating and always friendly. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, and the staff are cheerful and kind. The staff who checked out the book I purchased chatted with me about how handsome the cover was with genuine enthusiasm. It was refreshing to connect about that. And the pumpkin spice chai (seasonal drink)? Phenomenal! It was more spicey than sweet, and I believe I overheard them say they make the pumpkin spice by hand; another charming aspect of this sweet little spot. It's easy to miss, and parking might be challenging (all street parking), but it's absolutely worth a stop-in. We're fortunate to have great local book stores here in Spokane, but ones like Jupiter's Eye - small, intimate, and filled with a lot of love - are hard to come by. We're lucky to have them.“

We asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on us twice. This is also the 3rd or 4th time they have burnt our coffee. So it'll be the last time.“

We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!“
