“My wife and I had our anniversary/Valentine's Day dinner at Frasers last night and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent, the service was superb, and the environment was upscale but comfortable. Every member of the staff was exceptionally personable and accommodating. If you want a fine dining experience on Whidbey Island, whether you're visiting or a resident, I highly recommend Frasers. Not only is it the best dining experience we've had on the Island but it rivals upscale restaurants I've been to in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, etc. Outstanding experience - Thank you!“
“We love this place! It's our favorite breakfast spot to take our 2 year old because the food is delicious, and it's always fast service even when they have a line out the door which we appreciate with limited happy toddler-in-a-restaurant time.“
“Visiting for a few days, Very cute restaurant, would have never guessed it was a Mexican restaurant from the outside. Our server Mayra was so sweet and very attentive, exceptional customer service from everyone working! Unfortunately the food fell short for us, not bad, not memorable. A bit pricy for what you get but overall the place itself makes up for that.“
“Vegetarian options: One omelette called the vegetarian nurses omelette which was sooooo delicious! It wasn’t your typical ingredients and they weren’t just mushy veggies. Also had hash browns and the thickest most buttery delicious roasts I would definitely eat here again and bring all my out of town visitors to enjoy the unique atmosphere.“
“I stopped in at All Sports on my home from work just to check out what was going on.The time was around 5pm on a Monday night and there were about 6 customers inside when I walked in.There are 3 or 4 pool tables, a couple electronic dart boards and the new style, digital jukebox on the wall.I walked up to the bar and placed my drink order and snagged a menu. After studying the menu for a bit, I decided on the Super Nachos. After a few minutes, I get my nachos and they were epic! Both in amount and in flavor. The Super Nachos consists of:Tortilla chipsBlack olivesOnionsTomatoesJalapeñoGround Beef (or chicken)Nacho cheeseSour creamSalsaThe toppings are placed on top of chips (as opposed to layered in between the chips), however the Nacho cheese is on top of, and inside, the mound of chips. I really do not like it when everything is just dumped on top of the chips and there is a pile of dry chips under the layer of toppings. I am very happy that is NOT the case with these chips. The bartender was friendly and would banter with the customers (I’m guessing they were regulars because she would address them by name and ask specific questions about their day and life). My experience was enjoyable. But I like quiet and relaxing places to drink. Monday night at 5 pm is fairly quiet at All Sports in Oak Harbor“
“I’m so glad I read the reviews instead of going off the star rating. This place was DELICIOUS and their customer service to go was great. I had a craving and every other place was closing early for some reason but they let us put one in at the last minute and everything still tasted fresh! We got* spring rolls (so good and crispy)* chicken chow mein (could have used some more chicken and veggies but it was still delicious. Some places ruin their chow mein by overcooking the noodles. Not here!)* pork fried rice (this was my favorite! The pork was so good!)* kung pao (my husband had this and said the flavor was really good and the veggies were cooked perfectly)Side note: they package their to go so well! No spilling because they put tinfoil in the box. We’ve had messes before but this made it so much nicer! Seriously can’t rave about this place more!“
“I was craving a really good burger so when I searched online what the best burger spots in town were, Flyers was listed as one of the best on the island. I searched the menu online and knew what I wanted before going in. I was promptly seated and gave my order right away. A few minutes later my Havoc burger and side of Seattle fries with Garlic Aioli sauce came out. Everything looked amazing. The onion ring was crispy. The pickles onion and tomato were on the side as noted on the menu. Fries were seasoned well with Parmesan and garlic. But my burger was a bit overcooked. I ordered it medium and It came out a little burnt. I cut my burger in half and did not see any pink inside. Even the bun was a bit charred from the grill. Regardless, the food was delicious and the fries were too much for me to finish. I had to double check I ordered a side and not a starter when I received my bill. Will definitely eat here again.“
“This place has been here forever, great atmosphere, staff and DJ. They also have a sushi chef (got the roll and sashimi) for that late night grub! Also had fun playing darts and dancing with my homies. Definitely recommend and great place to chill and relax. Probably full of squids =PWheelchair accessibility: you will have to knock so the bouncer can let you in but its good cause you can wheel around, no stairs.“
“WHY IS THIS PLACE ALWAYS CLOSED? We kept stopping by, wanting to eat there, at different times of day. It always seemed to be closed!! Even though their website said they would be open. We ate there a few times in the past, and it enjoyed it - but its frustrating that they're not open when they say they will be! Owners - please revise your website to accurately reflect open hours.“
“Pleasant little cafe with that small town energy that we all crave. Food is made with fresh ingredients and is plentiful. The fresh fruit cup can be substituted for the perfectly cooked hash browns, for $2.00. Friendly staff and quick service.Parking: There are a handful of street parking spots, directly in front of the Cafe. As well as, a paid parking lot across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: The Cafe is at ground level and can easily be accessed by wheelchair.“
“I was out walking around getting my steps in and checking out the snowfall in town (Oak Harbor, WA) while on my way to my favorite watering hole “Krakens Cove” to chat with my friends.Unfortunately, the nasty weather didn’t allow Krakens Cove to open today. So, after scratching my head to decide where to go, I decided to stop at Noe Jose inside Harborside Village on Pioneer.I wish I could say the food here reminds me of Mexico, it is very good! But, I wouldn’t know because I’ve never been in Mexico. So, I guess I’ll just have to say that the food here is great!I ordered the chimichanga, because like they said on tv’s “Two and a half Men”, it’s so much fun to say!!I ordered my chimichanga made with chicken. I barely had time to get settled in and my server was delivering my food! Quick, efficient service! The meal included rice and beans with a little sour cream and shredded lettuce on the side. There was also two squeeze bottle of homemade sauce, red sauce and green sauce. I preferred the flavor of the green sauce, but thought both were tasty.“
