“I go to Port Angeles typically once a month. The last year, I have been making this trip on Tuesdays. I arrive at the ferry early and take a walk. That’s when I think, it would nice to have a coffee. Oh ya, Callens is right across the street. Unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays and don’t open till 9am the other days. I only bring this up because virtually every time, I see people walking up to find the only business capable of serving coffee at the ferry terminal closed. Obviously, I have no idea how much staffing they have and certainly they need a day off. I am only pointing out they have a captive audience here looking for coffee and possibly something to eat while they wait for the ferry. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts as I would like to support this local business.“

“Incredible catered meal last week. Can’t thank Tyler and Kate enough. Our menu: First course Half wedge salad w/ a herb goddess dressing and spiced garlic shrimp -Crispy chickpeas -Roma tomatoes -pita croutons 2nd course: Creamy crab puffs. -Dungeness crab -seasoned cream cheese -aged white cheddar -puff pastry Main: Chilli pistachio crusted halibut Fondant potato’s w/ Creme fraiche Red pepper broccolini Dessert: White chocolate Panna Cotta w/ stewed strawberries Awesome! “This lovely small hotel right in the heart of Port Townsend. I walked to restaurants, the Saturday Farmers Market, and shops. The deck off the waterfront room was sunny and peaceful - perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Self check-in worked great, and the room was well stocked with everything I needed. Will definitely return when I'm in PT!Note that the hotel was beautifully renovated in 2018, so older reviews (especially ones about food from the now-closed restaurant below) don't reflect the current experience.“

“Very comfortable with the service. Friendly and helpful. Burger was delicious. Finally a burger with bread and butter chips. Not a fan of dill pickles so thank you Cable Canteen.They just got a soft serve machine so next time I will get a cone. And there will be a next time.!“

“Stopped in on a special Saturday afternoon. Everyone was working so hard! Everyone was very nice and even though they were super busy they took the time to make sure we got exactly what they wanted. The place chilled out by the time we got our food, and the staff are awesome. Will be back every chance I get. Biscuits and gravy and a breakfast Sammy for an awesome price!“
“It's a nice place, and i've had good memory's here. They playground area isnt dirty or grody, which is a good sign that they keep things clean. The food is decent and it's just like any fast food i've had, bowling night's and birthdays were always fun. gaming area was also rad, so yeah, 5 stars.“

“I hard awful things..... I ordered delivery anyway; SO GLAD I DID!!! Very good food, nice selection and some unique dishes too (the 9 flavors beef!) Delivery is very fast and only $3 in OakHarbor. Staff always seems very friendly, I have ordered from there 3 times now and I am very impressed.“

“We stayed at the Marina RV Park for the weekend and decided to walk on over the night we got in. We had the BEST food and service, we loved it so much that we came back with some friends the next day for lunch. This place has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, we will be back anytime we’re in Port Townsend. We were talking about that Prime Rib & Cheddar for the rest of the day and into the morning 😆🤤“

“Manager Alfredo and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We always use our pan coins to bring something home, which is packaged extremely well with plenty of condiments. The decor is extremely comfortable, warmly lit, with outstanding wall photos showing the food at its best, and an excellent choice of background music, which is current and lively to keep the atmosphere fun and the meal enjoyable from beginning to end. The hours are also appreciated as we don’t have too many places in this town that stay open a little on the late side for those times when a later bite is needed. This IHOP and this manager are definite assets to our community.“
