Edit: Been coming here consistently and the everything is still good except their pepperchinis. It is an option to add them and I love the extra flavor but when they cut them they leave the stems which is the most unpleasant experience when it comes to biting into the sandwhich. “We popped in Dec 14 @3:15. The lovely lady that made our sandwiches was very kind and respectful. She made sure there was no cross contamination between the meat and veggie sandwich. “Whoever was working today made THE BEST sandwiches my boyfriend and I have ever had from any Jimmy John’s. Perfect ratios, perfect crisp, and these were for sure made with love! You cant have a sammy this good that wasn’t made with love. Thank you guys!!!“

“I go to this subway regularly today at 3:30 there was only one person working and he was welcoming and friendly as always sadly he seemed to be very busy for just one person but he was working hard and doing his best couldn't ask for more. 10/10 food was delicious!“

“Yesterday I walked into this establishment and found a bewildering sight. Roughly 10 people were standing around, arms crossed, looking annoyed. I ordered a sandwich anyway. What happened in the following half hour was truly amazing.

It was clear that the staff were overwhelmed, and it became obvious to me that they were handling a massive $200 order and several deliveries simultaneously. The phone also was constantly ringing with to-go orders.

As a result, customer orders in house were a bit delayed, and obviously people who needed to leave got a timely refund from the staff. Big deal, they can get food elsewhere.

What I found truly shameful was the behavior of some people waiting for their sandwiches. The staff were subject to verbal and mental abuse from some customers that obviously was not helpful. One customer made a rude gesture at one of the female employees, which made the employee justifiably upset.

Despite all of this, the sandwich making crew doggedly pushed forward, and by the time I left they appeared to be in better shape. It is clear that they were dealing with a rough situation in the best way possible, and maintained professionalism in stark contrast to the adult babies that were grumpy about waiting an extra ten minutes for a salami and mayonnaise sandwich.

I wonder if Jimmy Johns could have prevented this. Is there some way to better schedule large orders to prevent the staff from such a huge influx of demand? Maybe require the large orders to be scheduled in advance by at least one hour?“

“I frequently come into this subway when I'm in town. Last night, I felt as if I had ran into an old friend that I've never met before. I ordered two Philly cheese steak foot longs, and Summer was so polite and compassionate while preparing my sandwiches to perfection. She was easy to communicate with and what seemed like small talk at first, quickly turned into a conversation that made the entire experience a million times worth it.

I didn’t ask if she was a manager, but she knew her way around the store like she owned the place, she ensured to pick the top shelf items that she would eat, or as if my food were for a family member, that made me feel so welcome and secure.

Summer is an absolute joy to interact with. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion for sure! The sandwiches looked phenomenal and tasted like one of those sandwiches that are best eaten by someone we care about!

I will be sure to check back in when she's working, so I can relive this experience time after time again. Thank you for making my sandwiches Summer, you're awesome!
