“Love this place we come here very other week for Ice cream Wednesday (something to get our toddler excited for the gym). They are always so helpful and happy. My husband is horrible at ordering for our toddler and they easily accommodate when the toddler complaints.

“We met Kelly at the Vancouver Farmers Market a couple of years ago when she was thinking about opening a store. We are SO glad she did! Now we can satisfy our gelato fix anytime! We love all the ways she turns chocolate into something yummy! And her yogurt is the best! Wrinkles The Dog gives Sorridi two paws up, too (he stays outside in the car while Bob and I take turns going inside to pick out our single scoops)!“

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. I couldn’t help but watch how he treated the people after me. All were treated the same. He even helped people after he closed. What a treasure. Thank you, thank you.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Cookie Crumble! We tried several flavors, including the Dubai chocolate and Nutella, and every single cookie was fresh, rich, and perfectly baked. The variety made it easy to find something for everyone, and the flavors were indulgent without being overwhelming.

What really made the visit special was the staff — they were very, very nice, genuinely friendly, and great with kids. They took the time to explain flavors and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun.

Our kids were extremely happy (big smiles and zero leftovers), which says everything. Great cookies, amazing service, and a place that clearly cares about its customers. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Sutton Tropical Sno did a wonderful job serving shaved ice at our 5th grade end of the year event. They came up with a custom option that worked for our budget, set up on location (at a park without power), and served 150 kids in the time amount they had committed to. They were flexible when I had to change the timing and when they showed up and the original set up spot was taken, they again were flexible and found a new spot. I would recommend them to other parent groups looking for an affordable shaved ice option.“

“EZ Freezy at Cascade Station is a great place to buy frozen yogurt. Their prices are fair (72 cents an ounce), and they let you sample the flavors. The froyo itself is also really tasty and worth the price. Only complaint is that their one bathroom is dirty.“

“I stumbled across this place recently, having no idea there was a froyo place so close to my house and decided to check it out. I am so delighted I did! It was a lovely experience, the staff were friendly and attentive, super helpful. The inside is super cute and the outside has nice seating. The frozen yogurt itself was delicious and they had a wonderful array of toppings to choose from, and even fun flavors for yogurt I haven’t seen at many other places in addition to the usual vanilla, chocolate and original flavors. Prices were fair as well, and the staff even let me know they were having a special the following day so I plan to bring my nephews to enjoy some of their froyo as well! Definitely give this place a try.“
