“Super cute little spot, very clean and the women taking orders was very nice. The food was hot and fresh, husband liked the chicken teriyaki. The shrimp tempura was crisp and crunchy on the outside and so tender on the inside. But let me tell you about the wonton soup!!! 10/10, five stars, highly recommended. The broth is glistening with flavor, the wontons are perfectly soft and the veggies are bright and not overcooked. So happy I stopped here, this wonton soup healed me. I wish I would have gotten more.“

“I tried Okasan Teriyaki with a friend. I had the Spicy Teriyaki, and it was pleasantly spicy without being too hot.

The salad was good, and the dressing was a little different from other Teriyaki spots I've been to, but good. The portion size was decent, and the rice was excellent.

My friend had Chicken Teriyaki, and he said it was excellent. If I was in the area and wanted Teriyaki, I would consider coming back.“

The omakase experience is where Sushi Kuma really shines. Not only is the price amazing for what you get, but the sheer abundance and variety make it feel like a full culinary journey. I’m used to the traditional omakase style where you’re served piece by piece, but here it felt so much more thoughtful and generous. There were starters, appetizers, beautifully prepared sashimi, a wide selection of nigiri and sushi, incredible entrées, and even dessert to finish things off. My only negative is that there is $5 premium for fried rice which is a lot considering they cook it in bulk for everyon. Times that by 8 guests...cha ching. I still love this place. “My mom and I started coming here about two years ago and ever since it’s been a favorite spot of ours to get sushi! Now it’s a place my husband and I come all the time. The chicken katsu is so good it’s his favorite and the cream cheese wontons are TO DIE FOR❤️ this place is a great option if you want good sushi but don’t want to pay and arm and a leg at trappers!

“I used to come here almost every day when I worked across the river bridge in Fife, I would come when they had the two old guys back in the mid 2010's and their sushi is the greatest sushi in the world. I've never had better sushi in my life. It completely changed my perspective on sushi and they have always done an elite job on their products.
