“So this originally was going to be a pretty bad review. But I’ve decided to leave five stars. I had an awful experience with the app and it charging me 3 times, Without it actually placing the order. At that point, I didn’t have any money left for food, Because it had taken $30 from me. I was super upset, so I just walked out to my car and started losing it (Because it’s not their fault). A few minutes later, the manager walked outside to my car and He was really sympathetic of my situation. He made the order for me So I didn’t have to go hungry due to the app malfunctioning. So essentially, I had a problem that was not necessarily the restaurant fault. But they still showed care for me as a human being and corrected the problem. So yes, I am giving this place five stars. The food was also delicious.“

“Man this place is busy, and for good reason!! The drinks, especially the bubble teas are exceptional! I love a Taro tea with their fresh made tapioca. So yummy! And you HAVE to try their breakfast burritos! So yummy and with a vegetarian friendly option. Very good. Highly impressed with the baristas, tentative and fast! Awesome place.“
“One of the nicest Subways you’ll ever visit - just the opposite of a Subway you will find in a gas station. My sandwich artist was very meticulous in assembling my sub. And just the opposite of the actions of the sandwich artist I had at another Subway in the area on Monday. Today, the sandwich artist took his time and gave me plenty of veggies along with the meat. So refreshing to come across an employee who actually cares to do his job well!“

“Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

“My son and I have never had arbys together. He loved the bell idea and wanted me to ring it as well bc he said he rang it just for himself lol the manager was awesome with honoring a coupon I later realized I could've used when I first placed my order. Great service and great brisket sandwich as well!“

“Typical expectations for a DFAC. Coffee is present hot and sometimes cold, both expresso/latte machines are usually down 80% of the time. Good omelet bar and dual self-service lines are helpful in keeping the wait time very low. With the crazy price of fruit, the fresh fruit bar is a steal. For the breakfast price of a little more than $4, it's a great option that's about 1/3 what you'd spend buying breakfast at Starbucks or whatever.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen some soldiers bring kids, so they seem welcome, but its a eat house, so no horse play.
Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door buttons and the entire facility is on a flat surface. I'm sure food service soldiers would assist in preparing plates as well if needed.“

“Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)“

“I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back. Thanks Sonja and Jonathan for setting a great example of hard work and teamwork! And yes, my order was correct and hot! ?“

“We visit this place every month as it falls in our route to yelm and after 2hrs of long drive from eastside we find this place convenient for restroom break and quick bites. Restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. Though there is no restriction on using restrooms we just make sure to purchase something here every time.“

“Always late opening the front door. 10am. But this morning I waited 15 minutes n still locked while serving people in the drive through. Staff is usually slow. I'm going to stop coming to this Arby's. Tired of all the hastles. Good luck people!

“Reminds me what fast food used to be like.
The food is way cheaper, higher quality, is made fresh faster, and the interior is nicer than other locations.
I just got a beefy 5-layer from the frive through and it was made fresh so fast I got the food before they gave me my debit card back. The sour cream was still cold and everything else was still hot.
10/10 I'm going back for another one to show my appreciation.“
