“Delicious Chinese place located near the Coal Creek Parkway area! They have a large menu with all of the classic options you’d hope for from Chinese restaurant. We came up from Renton where we’ve found it hard to locate a place that is authentic and tastes amazing. I’d highly recommend trying the tried rice and the noodle dish. The General Tsao chicken was good, but I think I’ll try something the next time around! Definitely a place we plan to go back to. They do take out as well if you’re on the run.“

I suspect it's not to every westerner's tastes, but if you're into new foods, they're not kidding about the 'comfort food that still seems high quality' vibe. Small space for dining in, which is mildly a shame because I suspect most of their food deserves to be eaten immediately, but if it keeps their costs low and helps them stay in business for the long haul, I'd be happy to eat in a broom closet. Stinky tofu was pretty decent but wasn’t stinky enough, however, the Taiwanese kimchi is pretty authentic. 3 cup chicken seems to be lacking a little bit in flavor and a tad bit dry.

On the other hand, salted egg yolk shrimp was very flavorful, and the fried chicken was really yummy too.“

“One of our go-to restaurants on a cold day. The addicting mala fish is our favorite but the signature sauerkraut is also excellent if you’re not feeling spicy. The crispy pork is a great pair with the soup, especially when dining in so it stays crispy.

Quality has been consistent across many visits and one soup + pork is enough to feed the two of us. Overall a great stop!“

The cucumber salad was super tasty with the sweet/tangy/spicy sauce and the presentation was very appealing. The fried bao buns were my favorite. There was a lot of flavor and the crunch on the bottom was a nice texture. The soup dumplings were good and so were the shrimp and zucchini, however there wasn’t much flavor in either. They were much better when dipped in the ginger, soy and chili sauce. Overall, I felt like it was a pretty good value for the price“

I love it, almost every dish. I also like it when I have diarrhea occasionally.
All Hunan and Sichuan dishes that use chili oil are delicious. Don’t order the lighter ones like pork tripe, chicken, Yangzhou fried rice, boneless meat, poached eggs. They only make strong dishes that are delicious. After all, you can’t force Hunan restaurants to make other cuisines delicious.
Not pre-made dishes, all dishes can be tweaked. If you can't stand the heavy taste, you can ask the chef to use less oil, less salt and less spiciness.
I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I had diarrhea twice, so I deducted one star. I have to eat even if I have diarrhea. Do you know how much I like eating?
