““We dined in, and the sushi was very tasty — highly recommend! The only downside was that we waited 20 minutes for glasses of water and 50 minutes for the food to arrive. It seems they are short-staffed for both serving tables and handling takeout. The girl was working alone and managing everything.”“

“I love Nasai Teriyaki. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. It’s the teriyaki I grew up on. The portions are always generous (at least two meals), and they don’t skimp on the sauce. Owned by a lovely couple for 20+ years. It’s everything I want a teriyaki shop to be“

“Update Jan 2026*** I didn't know Teriyaki Bowl could get even better than it already is but now they offer the best crab rangoons and sweet and sour dipping sauce! I have tried so many dissapointing rangoons/sauces in WA but finally Teriyaki Bowl for the win! Thank you! Not sure if they are offered online but definitely in store.
OG Post - Delicious food, clean and cute environment, large portions, and very friendly service! We tried the fried gyozo, chicken teriyaki, and general tso chicken (pictured) and everything was amazing! The chicken was cooked perfectly for both and the sauces were delicious! The general tso was one of the best I have had in a long time. Saucy, crispy, no dry or chewy pieces, all just juicy yummy crispy chicken. I enjoyed all the added veggies too! The salad looked and tasted so fresh with a tasty dressing. I love that you can buy bottles of their homemade sauces. If you eat inside, the presentation of the food is really nice. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. We will definitely be coming back!“

We had a million questions and every single time she was willing to answer. Our food was always very on time and even when splitting up the check she dealt with our request with no issue! 10/10 would recommend!“

“My wife and I celebrated our anniversary today (on a Monday evening) and we were very pleasantly surprised that we were the only people dining here this evening. Everything was absolutely perfect: the food, the hospitality, and the service. The sukiyaki was arguably the best dish I've had in 2025. Also, having a private dinner where chef Nori was cooking for just us two made things extra special. We've dined at Michelin starred restaurants but the dining experience here will leave a more lasting impression for my wife and I.“

“I always love coming to this place because they always have great portion sizes and excellent customer service. I am a frequent customer and in my opinion one of the best teriyaki places in the area!! One of the many things I love eat here is the Korean fried chicken which is only available during dinner time it doesn’t need sauce to make it taste amazing but when you have it with the sauce it elevates the flavor more and each time I order anything from the menu, you can tell everything is fresh and piping hot when you get it! This business deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion and I recommend this place to all my customers at my place of work. 10/10 in my book!“

“Teriyaki Plus in Kirkland has become one of my go‑to spots for a quick, satisfying meal. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful. The chicken teriyaki is tender with a perfectly balanced sauce, and the fried rice and gyoza are always on point.
The staff is warm and welcoming, and they prepare orders quickly without compromising quality. The restaurant is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of—perfect for both dine‑in and takeout.“

“The food - fantastic. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. Ordered the spicy and either they forgot or it wasn’t spicy enough. Solid flavor profile and would come again. Takeout is the best way to go as the shop is very small and tables on top of one another.“

“Recommend the chirashi, maguro, or tonkatsu bowl. The fish is fresh, tonkatsu well fried and moist inside. Portions and price reasonable. Order at counter, find seat and they bring food to you. Bus your table after. Staff polite and property is very clean. Washroom is clean. Nice model and set up. Parking is ample and free. Recommend if you are looking for fresh fish or tonkatsu donburi“

“Teriyaki Bliss in the Autumn Sun
While walking home on a lovely fall afternoon, I stumbled upon a charming little teriyaki place that seemed to scream, “Eat outside while you still can!” Naturally, I obliged.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl, and wow! It was like a warm hug from a long-lost friend. The chicken, grilled to perfection, bathed in a sweet-savory sauce, had my taste buds doing the cha-cha. The rice was fluffy, and the veggies were fresh enough to make you think they just jumped off a farmer's market table—if I knew what that looked like, of course.
As I savored my meal, the sun beamed down, and I had to fend off some curious squirrels who clearly believed my bowl was their next treasure. I perfected my “I will not share” face—an impressive masterpiece, if I do say so myself.
Overall, this teriyaki spot is a must-visit for a delightful meal that pairs perfectly with the last sunny days of fall. Just make sure to bring your sense of humor and maybe a jacket for when the sun sets and the squirrels start plotting! ???️“

“I've been eating at Kami Teriyaki for years, and it's my go-to place for General Tao's Chicken and other dishes. So tasty!
Yes, like all restaurants their prices have skyrocketed and portion sizes aren't huge, but that's pretty normal everywhere now so I can't fault them for it. They solved the parking problem for pick-up, which is great (there are reserved spots for their restaurant).
Last I checked they switched sauces for their spicy chicken teriyaki and the new sauce isn't good, but all of their other food is great.“

“I recently moved to the area from Florida. I haven’t had the best luck with finding good tasting food on UberEats. This was going to be last time using a delivery service, until I tried this place. OMG SO FREAKING GOOD. Perfectly cooked and juicy chicken. l will be a regular customer now. Just FYI, I upgraded to the “King” which I assumed was more chicken and upgraded to the fried rice over the white that it comes with. I ordered the spicy which has a little kick, but in a good way. I highly recommend this established.“

“This place gives a good amount of food for the price and it tastes great too. The staff are kind and sweet. Best Teriyaki place I’ve been to.
Kid-friendliness: The staff had no issues cleaning up a water spill from a family with two little kids and even gave the kids lollipops after they finished!“

Nice friendly service.
Higher prices than average, but we are in this gorgeous nice city of Bellevue, every thing here in every where is expensive. Nothing cheap. Nothing has reasonable price.
But here the Portions are good.

“It was my daughter’s first time at a Japanese Steakhouse and Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse did not disappoint.
Chef Layton was hilarious, entertaining, and excellent at cooking Hibachi-style food.
Our Hibachi Chicken and Steak entrees were delicious. And their “Yummy Sauce” which you could use to dip ANYTHING — from the veggies to the chicken to the steak — was scrumptious.
The lighting needs to be brighter. The dim lights give a low energy vibe. This is why I gave the Food 5-stars, the Service 5-stars, but the Atmosphere 3-stars.“

“I have eaten here for years and years and years, sure its not the prettiest place in the world but my dad has moved to puyallup and makes me bring him beef teriyaki every time i see him. Never had better teriyaki (and ive gone to many others). Chicken katsu is fantastic as well. I will mourn the day when this place closes/changes owners.“

“Sushi Koushi is my absolute favorite sushi spot. My husband and I have been going since they first opened, and we have been so happy that a sushi place this good has popped up so close to home. Everyone here is very welcoming and helpful, and I'm always amazed at how quickly things come to the table even when it's a busy night.
Normally I don't like uni at all, but this is the only place that I have actually enjoyed it. The rolls and omakase always come out delicious and beautiful, but definitely give the Oita roll a try - it's great for any picky eaters in your party! The udon is also fantastic if you're in the mood for a noodle soup.
The one and only downside is that the location is a bit small and seems to be getting popular (for a good reason), so make sure to plan your visit accordingly!“

“Not only is the crispy rice and tuna, pork belly bun, and ramen delicious but they are also life savers. My best friend started choking and one of the employees came and gave her the Heimlich maneuver. Thank you for helping her! I tried to tip the employee and he refused. Really thank you. I know everyone’s adrenaline through the roof!“

“Very friendly service~ however after I have wanted teriyaki for so long, the teriyaki chicken I got here was discontinued. Rice is not fully cooked, chicken was dry. I hope it was just because I went to get togo 30 minutes before their closing time. One thing that I want to mention is they don’t intend to get tips, when I pay I was waiting to get the machine to turn back to me for adding the tips, but not, he only asked if I need a receipt. Give 4 stars because of that, especially for nowadays every restaurant is demanding high tips even for take out.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, as you can probably tell from my non-review status, but this Jumbo Chicken Teriyaki Box has completely changed the game for me. As someone who travels frequently for work and eats on the go, I was not only surprised but genuinely in awe of the simple yet incredible meal that was delivered to my less-than-glamorous hotel room in Seatle.
When I say "simple," I don’t mean it in a negative way—rather, it was simply perfect. The chicken, the salad—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I was so impressed that I feel compelled to tell others: Order from here now, and often!
It’s been two weeks since I left Seattle, and I’ve thought about this meal at least 35 times since returning home. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to get back to the West Coast so I can dine here again. For what it’s worth, I ordered from them both nights of my stay in Seattle. Highly recommend!“

“We had both the sushi lunch special and the lunch special. The sushi was awesome, really generous cuts of fish that had great flavor.
The rolls were really well presented but were not as tasty as the sushi. There wasn't a choice on the rolls and they just weren't to our taste I think.
The agedashi tofu appetizer was really well done and the edamame was perfect. We also really enjoyed the complimentary miso soup.
Can't wait to come back next time we're in town.“

“Hidden gem alert: Just tried Tokyo Flame Teriyaki in Lynnwood and wow—this place delivers flavor and comfort in every bite.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki combo and it was perfectly grilled, juicy, and glazed with that rich, slightly smoky sauce that makes you want to lick the container. The rice was fluffy, the veggies crisp, and the portion? Generous without being overwhelming.
The staff were super friendly and fast, and the place had a cozy, no-frills vibe that made me feel right at home. Prices are great too—definitely wallet-friendly without sacrificing quality.
If you're craving classic teriyaki done right, this spot is a must. I’ll be back for the spicy pork next time!“

“This is one of my go to places when I don't want to get food at work. I believe its a family owned business. My favorite is the regular teriyaki chicken. Food comes out freshly made, hot and the teriyaki sauce is the perfect balance of sweet. Usually do takeout as the lobby isn't the biggest but you can eat in. Very conveniently located by the Microsoft Studios. Way better than the chicken available on campus.“

“I have been going to Himitsu since 2012 whenever i want teriyaki since they make it so well. Over the past year or so, it seems like something has changed and the meat is getting overcooked. I usually get chicken teriyaki which in the past has been made with dark meat. Now it seems to be made with chicken breast or meat cut too thin, because it ends up being so overcooked and dry that no amount of sauce can save it. I tried switching to pork teriyaki instead to see if that would be a fattier cut of meat, but it turned out to be thin cut pork chop with no fat, cooked to the consistency of wood chips. I understand ingredients are getting expensive but id rather get a smaller portion of meat that is cut and cooked perfectly like it used to be, than the same amount of meat cut into insanely thin pieces that overcook too fast. I also noticed the side salad is now made with cabbage instead of iceberg lettuce, which doesnt soak up the dressing as well. Maybe a thinner junienne on the cabbage would help?“
