“Update: The manager contacted me and apologized for the my experience. She really seemed to care and wanted to rectify the situation. I really appreciate that find of customer service. I would definitely give them a second chance given that management seem to care about their customer service. The atmosphere is nice but if you want good service I would keep driving. We ended up getting our appetizers with our food. Some of our food was luke warm as if it was sitting for a bit and we only saw our waitress once; when she brought out our drinks. She seemed to be attentive to a few other tables, just not ours. The cook brought out the food then walked off without asking if we needed anything and since there weren't any condiments on the table we could have used some for our burgers but we ate them plain because we were done by that point. Very disappointed.“

“Extremely warm friendly atmosphere, great food, owner is great, Annie and the rest of the wait staff is impeccable! It gets extremely busy at times and they still do a great job. Good cooks. Food is great, burgers, fish and chips, and clam chowder. Yum yum yum!!! Bingo night, line dancing, karaoke, and live music is so fun! They welcome and love to see the kids come in and enjoy themselves as well!“

“I just wanted to take a minute to write a review for this place because I consider my self a harsh critic when it comes to BBQ given I've lived in the Deep South for over 10 years. This blows it out of the water in the valley. Wow 😱 first the hospitality was amazing 🙂 super inviting even gave us some free corn bread for being first time customers. I got the cowboy beans and they are to die for 🤤 such a great flavor of beans. The pulled pork sandwich was presented perfect I loved that they don't build your sandwhich for you so your bun doesn't get soggy on the way home. The pulled pork was moist and the sauce was full with flavor. Thank you again for the hospitality and the delicious food i definitely recommend this bbq place in the valley!“

“Best Experience I've had at a resturant! Lillyanna was an Amazing server with such a fun energetic & caring personality! And Oscar was a great manager! My steak was slightly overcooked, which I didnt want to complain about, I would have just ate it cause the onions & mashed potatos were Fantastic, but they were Already on top of & making me a new one after hearing it was overcooked & when the new one came out it literally just Melted in my mouth! Delicious!!

“Got the Hawaiian chicken sandwich and loved it! The thing was sloppy and fell apart a bunch of times but had good flavors. The burger and the wraps were also good. We also tried the garlic fries which were super garlicky with tons of cheese on it. They have what seemed like homemade ranch it's super thick and flavorful! The waitress and bartender were both on point as well. Welcoming people in with a smile. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back if we're in the area !“

She was talking with the on duty manager for the rest of the time we got our food. but food was awesome 🤩!! When I left, I made a loud comment about “I guess I’m not getting a desserts order Since she is too busy talking so much with the manager” She didn’t even come over to me after I said that out loud while I was checking out. Sheila is a sweetheart and asked me if I wanted some desserts to go while checking me out at the register? I thought about it and said “no not now but thanks” on my way out she never said thank you or nothing. How rude.“
