9 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Shelton

“This store has NOT always had a positive association with me. My food would be wrong and the service would be rude or laughable. That is until about a year ago when things got A LOT better. Now it's Better food quality, speed of service and some of the best customer service I've seen anywhere. When greeted, customers are spoken to politely and respectfully, whether at the doors or speaker box; the food is brought to the table with a smile while dining in and quickly and with that same smile in the drive-thru. I haven't seen anyone leave the Shelton Dairy Queen not wearing a smile on the way out in a long while. They have had to put locks on the bathrooms, but keeping the employees and customers safe indicates respect, caring and quality, which they now deliver daily.

Kid-friendliness: What's more friendly than chocolate dipped with sprinkles?! Not much. There are highchairs and a booster seat for when the "little ones" are accompanying the adults.“

“Came through the drive through and had a bigger order for everything we needed plus a few extras they thought we wanted more which is no fault but our own because my kids are so indecisive! We will next time use the order before we pick up option as that works great for large orders and you don't have to wait which is very nice keeps the drive through moving fast! Wish they had the nacho fries still or any fries... But we enjoy taco bell“

“We stopped here for dinner and a break with our kids to get their wiggles out before finishing the long stretch of our evening drive. The play area with viewing windows is awesome and the customer service was very friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Great spot to let toddlers play. Not many places like this anymore.“

“I wish I lived near this subway. Now when I'm out in this area I'll probably just hit up this subway. Had a long drive to get there and the bathrooms where nice a clean. All the veggies looked good. I love spinach in my sandwich but rarely does it look good. I got spinach today! I think I was the owner who helped us. One of the nicest pleasent people you will meet! 10 out of 10 I'll be coming here again! Probably easily one of the best subways I've been to!“

“I'm went in for lunch and observed the most incompetence in a management staff I have ever seen. You simply don't treat employees like that and expect them to be able to do their jobs properly, or even show up the next day. Try being a leader and not a boss for once you might be surprised. “This store is a little off from the shopping center with most of the FF shops. There was no line. My server was a nice lady.

Parking: I had a special called a double smooshed burger.
My dog and I enjoyed the meal. Big fries were hot and the Dr. Pepper wasn't watered down

“I needed a sandwich platter and this Subway was so accommodating. They fixed up a delicious platter of sandwiches with my own selection of breads, cheeses and meats. I picked it up the next day, and everything was all ready to go, including sides of sauces. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would return to this Subway if I need a large quantity again.“
