Everything from the moment we walked in was perfect. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The fish was unbelievably fresh—melt-in-your-mouth good—and every roll was beautifully prepared with great balance and flavor.

The presentation was stunning and even the small details—like the quality of the soy sauce and the perfectly seasoned rice—showed how much care goes into their food. We tried several specialty rolls, and every single one was a hit. The roll were a little on the smaller side but made up for it with the taste. Definitely quality over quantity.

The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and relaxing, making it a great place for both a casual night out and a more special occasion. This is easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time.

We ordered the chicken yakisoba and it was some of the best I've had in a loooong time--plus there was enough to last for two meals. The shrimp tempura was crisp and crunchy on the outside and so tender on the inside. But let me tell you about the wonton soup!!! 10/10, five stars, highly recommended. And I was not disappointed! The fried rice was some of the best I've ever had, Tempura shrimp and gyoza seemed very fresh and super flavorful and crispy. I got the Mongolian Beef as my main dish and while it seemed like it was missing something, maybe it wasn't as saucy as I'm used to at other places, but who knows this could be the traditional way to make it so I won't jump to conclusions. It was still very delicious though!

The only little downside is that I wish the meal portion sizes were a little larger. But other than that, service was very kind, it seems like this lovely older man and woman running the shop all by themselves. I had walked in to tonight get a to-go order tonight and was probably waiting a little less than or around 10 minutes, this was a Saturday night too. “Third time customer and IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! I recommend upgrading the white rice to fried rice. It's the best fried rice I've had in decades! The staff and owners are authentic chefs, and provide a family environment with professional customer service. I've tried the Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's Chicken--each time with as a C-17 Chicken Teriyaki Wok Combo that comes with Teriyaki Chicken and a large line of choices as your second part of the combo. All of these items were amazing. Plus even the egg rolls were homemade tasting and crispy outside but not much on the inside The portions and amount of ingredients are large and varied, and DO NOT COMPARE to local competitors. Finally, The wonton soup is definitely the best I've ever ever ever ever ever had! There are so many vegetables, scrumptious broth, and the wontons in it seemed like they're made with love and homemade! I can't wait to try everything on the menu! I wish I could go there all the time. Even they're little side salad that comes with the meal has more ingredients and fresh ingredients. The salad seems hand cut--not prepackaged.. The sushi menu is limited with nigiri options (only the very basic), they do have a wider variety of rolls. For the nigiri, the rice is too much, the sashimi is nice-size cut. With less rice in each piece we’d be able to enjoy more plates. There are now hot items on the belt and many choices for kids too.“

“I used to come here almost every day when I worked across the river bridge in Fife, I would come when they had the two old guys back in the mid 2010's and their sushi is the greatest sushi in the world. I've never had better sushi in my life. It completely changed my perspective on sushi and they have always done an elite job on their products. “I ordered a teriyaki bento and some kimchi. I found nothing wrong with the food. The woman who took my order was very hard to understand and she was very impatient. I am accustomed to getting kimchi served hot with rice, what i got was cold in a to-go container (it was to-go) , no rice. If offered I would have ordered some white rice. The furniture, booths, appeared to be second hand and repaired with colored duct tape. Alot of there inventory was stored in view. And, the luovered doors leading to the restrooms where blinds and hung backwards to each other. It was clean and had no unusual odors.“

I got the lunch special Chicken beef/ teriyaki
It came with a nice portion of rice and fresh salad. My wife ordered the chicken and gyoza meal that was delicious!
They have only raised their prices One time that I am aware of in the last few years even thru covid and it was not extreme like most of the other restaurants.
I would say i would have raised them more myself.
I fed my wife and myself for $25

“Went here when I was in town for a comedy show. Wasn't really impressed with the amount of food for the cost. We got a teriyaki plate and Gyoza. You get one scope of rice and a bunch of teriyaki strips and a big pile of cabbage. For me I am not a cabbage fan. If it was the normal salad that would have been good, but it was steamed cabbage. The chicken was good, but the ratio of rice and chicken was a letdown. The Gyozas we got were crunchy and seemed over cooked or like they were cooked from being over frozen. They didn't taste very fresh. Overall, the chicken was good, but my rating is based on the price vs what you get.“

I will say that teriyaki in this area is pretty competitive. Heck, another teriyaki shop opened up 2 mi away and before they even open their doors (under construction no less)they had 200 positive reviews, (And were so for 2 months). I've been going here for years. Sometimes it's hard to understand the owner as English is her second language. But overall, if you smile at her, she's very sweet and very happy to help you. Food portions are on the large side. The space seems nice enough to sit or take out. Trust me good food, great steamed vegetables and a very nice lady. If you smile at her. So many delivery drivers treat her badly. I've seen it firsthand.“

“Easily one of the best teriyaki spots I’ve tried in Washington. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. I especially loved that the teriyaki sauce was served warm — it’s a small detail, but it really elevated the whole meal.

The beef dish was amazing and probably my favorite. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food.

Was it absolutely delicious? Yes. I would say for the price, the portions make up for it. I did order my fried rice and yakisoba spicy but I’m assuming they cooked it in the same sauce as the sweet chili chicken wings which made it more sweeter than spicy. But overall, it was still absolutely delicious.
