“I am OBSESSED with this location! The other day, my spouse and I were in line behind like two cars and when we got to the window, they already had our drinks made! The staff here is truly OUTSTANDING. Like, we have barista friends and that they are able to create that atmosphere of welcome through a drive thru is really amazing.
Also, when they switched their oatmilk to something that was awful, the staff encouraged me to reach out to customer service and I did and within a couple of weeks we were back to the amazing oatmilk that fuels the coffee drink that makes me able to face the day. They are responsive and kind all the way to the top. I couldn't recommend this place more!!“

“Urban blends in the mall is so cute, it's a little oasis in the midst of all the stores. The person there was so friendly, and so helpful with finding us the perfect blend of flavors for our iced lotus. She was knowledgeable, talkative and obviously knew what she was doing, truly great customer service. If you're in the mall, there's no other place to stop and have a little coffee and snack. To be honest, it's worth going out of your way for even if you aren't at the mall. Definitely check it out.“

“I have come to realize, I am a picky, coffee snob. I wish I could drink anything and be fine with it, but I cannot. I had to work early and needed coffee. I was a few blocks away from Bloom and it popped up first on my search. We decided to try it out. After I took my first sip, I audibly gasped! It was SO good!! It's been over two months since we stopped there and we still talk about how amazing the coffee was! One hundred percent recommend!!! I had a white chocolate americano with no cream. Fantastic 👌🏼!“

“The service was quick and the coffee is good but not the pricing! 😅 7.36 for a 12 oz iced orange flavored americano seems like too much, considering that most of it is water and a bit of syrup+coffee shot. I have gotten coffee from them (other locations) before but the pricing seemed off this time. It could have been a mistake too! Or I guess inflation is showing its effect everywhere!

“Ordered a large white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle, whip and cinnamon. I received a warm chocolate milk with whip, no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon and i think they forgot the espresso ? I love this place, but they need to get more consistent again. Sorry for the not great recipe but it needed to be shared.

“Yesterday, a young lady made me one of the best iced coffees I’ve had in a very long time. It was absolutely perfect not too sweet and I cannot wait to have another cup of coffee from Anvil“

“There are so many bakeries and coffee shops out there—but this one is one in a million. From the second we walked in, the barista (Christine) greeted us with a big smile and was so friendly. It felt almost like meeting an old friend who was really excited to see you again. There are tons of fresh baked goods the owners make themselves (wow!) and the coffee is roasted by the owners too. There’s also tons of seating. We got bagels and Christine whipped them up quickly for us, while simultaneously taking care of other customers’ orders and greeting people in line and taking their orders. We were there for an hour and the place was hopping. She was so cheerful and caring towards each customer that came in—even the rude and demanding ones (which isn’t easy!). This is a great place with good coffee and plenty of delicious baked goods—but experiencing this outstanding customer service makes it shine above all the others. We’d love to stop by again next time we’re out here! Christine, you should win an award for most cheerful barista in Washington state!“

“Absolutely love wake up call I grew up with Seattle coffee and their a good close match and they are always friendly I'm ready to serve as well as pretty darn quick when they're very busy this particular location was a little low on my coffee I'm very particular I like a perfect blend of all the flavors and it's very hard for almost any shop to get it unless they're over in Seattle well over in that area hope you enjoy cheers“
