“I got all this food for only 10$. The service was great! All the employees were super cheerful. They got my food out in less than 5 minutes and it was really good. The food may not look like a lot but it was soooo filling. Every other Arby’s I’ve been to the employees were rude and very untimely. I am super impressed with the speed and carefulness and joy that came out of these employees. The restaurant itself is super roomy and huge. You can definitely have a private conversation with the person you came with and not have to worry about eavesdroppers. I will definitely come here again.“

“It's a pretty small restaurant but it is a pretty nice convenient location for if you're in town wanting to do window shopping at other places it's around a lot of clothing stores knick knack stores... The employees are respectful the wait is pretty short and the employees do pretty good about getting orders done fast.. parking is pretty tight big parking lot due to all the stores around it but up close parking not so much not many spots to Park that are right up on the building... The seating arrangements inside are pretty tight clothes the aisles are pretty narrow for the most part the restaurant is clean tables chairs floors“

I never went here before because I thought they only had stuff like roast beef sandwiches and stuff like that but turns out they have burgers and I love burgers. I also loved their curly fries. I noticed the healthy drink options next to the soda fountain too. This is a friendly, safe and clean environment for the family your family will enjoy. They have great prices especially considering the toppings hack I told you about. Each pizza is a personal pizza in size so you wont have to pick off the toppings someone else wanted. It your own pie. Don't forget to tip these guys, they do an amazing job making you feel welcome, cooking your pie to perfection and keeping the restaurant spotless. This location is downtown and close to all the shopping downtown has to offer. River Park Square parking garage is about a block away. They have plenty of seating both inside & outside.

Downside of Shelby's is that it is on the pricey side. For an equivalent meal at Culver's it is about $11 vs. $17 at Shelby's. Food is really delicious, but my only criticism is the price. I would love to frequent it more, but it is pretty cost-prohibitive for my family of 7.“

When I called to speak to the manager I was hung up on. They will not answer the phone and will not call back. The chips were stale and old. It is certainly odd they would tell me that it was no problem and then completely ignored my calls. . My order sucked. Food was sloppy, stail and disgusting. I used to order from here all the time and now I will never go back. Management or owners have to do something or this place will be gone soon. The only thing that sucks and it's not their fault but it's like every Maverick doesn't have a working air compressor. “Great corner location with plenty of parking. The staff is nice and patient. Ask for as many toppings as you want. Mod pizza is plenty for one person. Salads are underrated here. So good. Fountain machine to get your refills at your own will. Parking lot is shared with target. Overall my experience was great. Will definitely come back. Give it a go!

“It is a sign of the times. This store is now completely auto ordering by kiosk inside. It was fairly easy to place your order. The food we ordered was complete and correct. The one thing that we were surprised by was the pay by cash option. The kiosk gave us the option after ordering to go to the counter to pay with cash. One employee said we will be right with you. After about two minutes, a young lady came and asked what i needed. I told her I wanted to pay for my order with cash. She was not happy. She turned to someone (who was out of sight)and said another one wants to pay with money. I wish they would not allow this. I do not like it. Just so you know. They did let me pay with cash.“
