We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!“

Downside of Shelby's is that it is on the pricey side. For an equivalent meal at Culver's it is about $11 vs. $17 at Shelby's. Food is really delicious, but my only criticism is the price. It is certainly odd they would tell me that it was no problem and then completely ignored my calls. . My order sucked. Food was sloppy, stail and disgusting. I used to order from here all the time and now I will never go back. Management or owners have to do something or this place will be gone soon. “Glad they finally opened one in the Spokane area. Staff was great, especially since it was opening day. Will be back soon. Some of the best chicken strips I have had. Simple menu done right. Food came out hot and fast. Staff kept tables clean. Nice area to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Sweat tea was not to sweat and went great with the chicken. I thought I was going to have to take a nap after eating the Cainiac.“

When I arrived, the team had everything finished (about 30 sandwiches and 10 burritos). I was in and out of the drive thru with no wait. They had each sandwich type separated by bag and got the order completed with 100% accuracy. I feel like most people only leave reviews to complain so I wanted to take a moment to say NICE WORK to the team on the morning of 5/14/25. You made my morning stay on track and on time to get breakfast to my work crew.“

“Silly that you can’t leave a 5-star review unless the entire restaurant is veggie-based. LOVE that this quick and cheap pizza chain offers vegan Italian sausage and vegan cheese! The vegan sausage was made especially for MOD and is seasoned really nicely. TIP: after completing your build your own pizza, ask them to drizzle olive oil on top and do a “well done bake” so that the cheese melts a little better! Very cool to be able to take the family (which includes vegans and non-veggie eaters) to the same place, everyone gets what they want without fuss and it’s a reasonably-priced treat for all of us!“

“I really wanted to give you guys 5 stars, and almost every other time I've stopped in, I would have happily done so. The customer service at mavericks is usually amazing! You really do have a knack for hiring staff who possess excellent customer service skills as well as staff who are anything other than lazy.....until recently. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location ever again due to the way I was just treated and spoken to. And I will be in to speak with a manager in person during the day because this is not something that I can just ignore and let slide.“
