“We have loved this building for now four generations of our family coming here. The current proprietor makes delicious food and pours her heart and skills into every scratch recipe. Today, we were well taken care of as we celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday in their outdoor dining space. Everyone loved their food, enjoyed friendly & attentive service, and enjoyed many “memory lane” conversations about coming to The Bair (and Mom working part-time here back in the day). Nostalgic, special, fabulous food, and great people. Thank you to Sara and her fantastic team!“

“Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.“

I go there almost everyday, I see new faces once in awhile, but mostly familiar, but they all are extreamly kind, hard working, professional. Very genuine characters and kind staff, what a great team. I'm not sure who does the hiring, but they have great judgment of character. We will come in here sometimes and just get the cheese plate or a little sandwich and a drink and sit around and just talk it's a very peaceful relaxing place they have indoor and outdoor seating. And it's on the corner the inside of the strip mall so you have a nice view if you sit outside on a sunny day. Staff are always friendly and helpful in what I like about it also is it's always clean and has a very cool eclectic feeling inside. This place is amazing! The baristas and staff are fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve always been consistent. We’re always greeted with a smile, and our conversations feel personal, not just like we’re just customers. I remember seeing one of the baristas greet and chat with a little kid by their first name—that kind of attention to detail shows how much they care. They’ve even had our drinks ready as we walked in on some days.

Overall, this place is amazing.

“We happened upon this little gem purely by accident because we needed to use the restroom on our way from Roy to Tacoma. I always feel bad asking to use the restroom at a business establishment without buying something, so I checked out the menu and, when I saw they had a sandwich called Ellie's Garden, I knew I had to order it in honor of my youngest granddaughter, Eleanore. The sandwich was phenomenal! I shared it with my daughter and we found ourselves wishing we each had a whole sandwich. We definitely will be returning to sample more of the goodies Blue Steele has to offer!“

“The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, I recommend stopping by Cutter’s Point for quality coffee & customer service.“

“I've been to most of Cutters Point coffee shop locations, all are very good. This one is no exception. Friendly Barista, making good coffee with a smile. It has a nice outdoor seating area. Located about 100 feet off a fairly busy road, but the distance produces a fairly quiet atmosphere outside.“
