In fact, they even went above and beyond to remake a drink for me that had been messed up at another Gravity, something that really meant a lot to me, especially since the other barista seemed to mess it up on purpose. The team here handled the situation with so much kindness and comfort, and it honestly made my whole day better. I’ll always come back to this location. “The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, I recommend stopping by Cutter’s Point for quality coffee & customer service.“

I manage a coffee shop in Seattle, so I’m pretty particular about my drinks (I usually make my own), but on my days off, I want to relax—not commute.

From the very first visit, the drinks were spot-on. Now, my boyfriend and I make it our morning ritual on our days off. We wake up and head straight here—no questions asked. It’s been about three weeks, and they already know my drink. That kind of consistency, attention to detail, and warm service is rare.

Every single drink is made perfect and if it isn’t….. before they even hand it to me, they remake it. We will come in here sometimes and just get the cheese plate or a little sandwich and a drink and sit around and just talk it's a very peaceful relaxing place they have indoor and outdoor seating. And it's on the corner the inside of the strip mall so you have a nice view if you sit outside on a sunny day. Staff are always friendly and helpful in what I like about it also is it's always clean and has a very cool eclectic feeling inside.
