“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a coffee enthusiast who has sampled brews across the US and Europe, I can confidently say Hot Shots Java stands out for more than just its excellent coffee. Their commitment to cleanliness and safety is unparalleled—I've never seen a coffee shop that cleans its air vents daily! This attention to detail speaks volumes about their dedication to customer well-being. Clean air vents are crucial for improving air quality, reducing fire risks, and ensuring food safety. It's reassuring to know that Hot Shots takes this seriously, preventing the spread of harmful bacteria like E. coli and salmonella and reducing the risk of mold and food spoilage. Beyond their impeccable cleanliness, Hot Shots Java offers a warm, inviting atmosphere in the heart of historic downtown Poulsbo. Their organic, fair-trade coffee is custom roasted locally, and they use top-quality ingredients in all their offerings. It's no wonder they've been voted Best Coffee and Baristas in North Kitsap for over 8 years. Their commitment to the community through local sourcing and support of the Fishline food bank is admirable. For a coffee experience that combines great taste with peace of mind, Hot Shots Java is the place to go. Highly recommended!“

“Service is fast and friendly. The coffee is great. Donuts on weekends. Our weekly place to get through hump day (and more).“
“I pulled up with a desperate need of coffee. I’m sick, had been in the car for hours as I attended my young nephew’s funeral today. The barista could tell I was a mess. His kindness was a bright spot in a hard day. He gave me a little inspiration quote to open. The coffee was perfect too.“

“Best lil coffee shop around! Great baristas!! The coffee is flavorful and fresh. A variety of drinks available for adults and children. They have delightful espresso beans! The staff is friendly and all of them make delicious concoctions.
They have a loyalty punch card card so ask for that.

“We have countless choices in coffee here in Bremerton, but this is my favorite. The coffee always tastes great and the service is always friendly. Every time I get a coffee here, instead of mindlessly drinking it as a mere caffeine delivery system, I always savor it. Skip the chains and support local.“

“Best coffee on this side of the Mississippi River!! Hands down
Kid-friendliness: Espresso gone wild is one of the greatest places I've ever been to in the best coffee on the peninsula. I brought the whole family there. Grandma on both sides of the family and my 15 kids from 3 past marriages.“

“I have tried several stands in the area and I'm a local. This is my go to place for coffee and lotus. They are friendly. My drink is great most if not all the time. The only thing missing is probably great snacks or appealing display factor of them but over all great place for coffee and cold drinks.“

“I go here A LOT, and I haven't found anything yet that I haven't liked. The owners are very nice, and will customize things if you ask them to (and they are able to)“
“This is the only Starbucks that I will go to, but that is due to convenience and honestly it's not all that often that I am able to treat myself. But, they do magnificent... nay, stellar work of making the coffee that comes from Starbucks taste NOT burnt (which is an achievement unto itself). You ladies rock the kasbah... and I thank you for it.“

“We’re visiting from Texas and stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to Seattle. I got the spicy tuna spring roll and my partner got the eel poke bowl. The food was delicious and fresh, and service was speedy and hospitable. We’ll definitely return if we’re ever in the area again! ❤️“
“I love when I can get a perfect coffee! thank you so much for having awesomely trained people working for you!!“
“Very positive atmosphere with excellent service! Being embedded within a hospital brings heightened responsibility and a need for additional empathy and compassion, for you just never know what someone who walks through those doors might be going through. On one fateful day in May of 2022, I was one of those people, as I entered this store to wait out my wife’s cancer surgery. The pleasantness and professionalism of the team behind the counter was over the top - thank you to the pair of young ladies who shared the same name: Mariah! And the kindness and empathetic conversation offered by the manager, Alicia, especially in my time of need, was beyond appreciated! Kudos to a well-run store… great hiring!“
“The service is the best, the employees are respectful, it's kept clean and safe for all customers. ..the problems you may experience are due to the inconsiderate customers who believe they can act like it's their right to behave in any way they choose and employees are there to please and serve them regardless...if you don't like it...go somewhere else to get your gas. The Tribe could make and sell gas credit cards so people wouldn't have to wait in lines to pay...“
“This listing is for the coffee bar at the Town & Country Market store on Bainbridge Island. It is located across from the self-checkout registers and right by the eastern store entrance. While the storefront is essentially a coffee stand, there is seating available right outside the store which is great when the weather is nice.
In addition to being a convenient place to stop for coffee while shopping at Town & Country, drink prices are very reasonable and it is not too crowded. The waiting time for drinks could be faster though. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a drink while visiting the main stretch of Downtown Bainbridge, I would recommend this spot.“

“The coffee and pastries are good. The space is cute but really cramped. I was so disappointed in the avocado toast. It tasted like it was premade, stored in the fridge, and then served cold, which is a confusing choice for....toast. I may be back for coffee but won't bother getting the toast again. :(“

“I have never done a review, but I just had to this time. The apple fritter was delicious along with the big chocolate cookie and peanut butter rice crispy. I also ordered a grilled cheese, which blew my mind. I will definitely be back. Also, the prices were pretty decent, not too expensive, and definitely worth every penny!!!!“
“Third Starbucks I've visited today and it's inside a Fred Meyer. ? First one was a pick up only location, the second was a drive thru with two tables. ? Off to McDonald's in the hopes of a hot coffee and a quiet-ish place to sit down. ??“

“I am an aficionado of coffeeshops - and this little slice of heaven ranks up with European coffeehouses I have been to full of a community feel, cozy charm and friendly baristas. The only downside is pretty much everybody in the area knows about it, too. So you may not get a seat at the more busy times. But keep trying - it is worth many repeated attempts!“

“Good service and large booths and many tables. Food was 3 to 4 stars - about what you’d expect at a hotel breakfast/lunch cafe. The best plate we had was the Eggs Benedict. Good hollandaise, perfectly cooked eggs, light and delicious ham and tasty hash browns. The Chicken Fried Steak was “pretty good” but not great. We prefer it made from ground or pounded beef and this was a breaded sirloin. Large, but a touch firm and just not as delicious as what we usually get in Portland diners. The eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly and it was probably enough food for two folks to share.
Our son got the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were lovely: fluffy and large. Definitely homemade. The gravy was more buttery than creamy and hardly any sausage in it. I’m kinda on the fence about recommending it and my son said he wished he got pancakes instead.
Prices weren’t too bad. I would eat here again if I come back to the great Clearwater Resort.
Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options especially if you like omelettes, salads or pancakes.
Parking: Lots of parking spots in garage or lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and casual dining
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space and large entrance.“
