“Always make Bookwalter a stop when we are in Richland. The tasting room is open and beautiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And the wine is exceptional. Especially the Protagonist!! My husband and I enjoyed a tasting the other day and it was a perfect break from back to back softball games.“
“We just had an amazing experience here! $15 tasting fee, waived with bottle purchase. This is a family friendly winery with plenty of shady grass for picnic blankets (and bubbles, etc ?). Our family recommends stopping by if you're in the area!“
“My friend and I randomly decided to drive to through Red Mountain and our final stop was Kiona. The entire experience was fantastic, wine and venue were incredible. What really made me write this review was our server, Savannah. She explained everything so clearly and was so personable. I joined the wine club solely because of her service. Employees are the most valuable part of any business and she proved that today. 10/10 experience all around.“
“Tasting room is modern and comfortable with great beautiful sweeping views of the hills. The staff was very accommodating and friendly upon entrance. Tasting fee was very reasonable ($20) or waived with purchase of one bottle regardless of price. The young woman pouring was very knowledgeable and friendly and brought out water. We bought a bottle of 40/40 red blend - good value for the price! I would highly recommend!“
“Amazing food! We stopped in for wine tasting and their Friday night pizza. The staff is so amazing. And the food was beyond delicious. This pizza was like no other! Chef Daunte and sous chef Josh came out and explained their seasonal menu, and gave great suggestions. Kim our server was so personable and patient with us as we lingered while finishing our tastings!
Can’t wait to come back for brunch!!

“Members only dinner catered by Fat Olives was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing with very talented musicians. The location of Badger Mountain & Powers winery is located in one of the nicest areas in the Tri-Cities area. Wonderful and welcoming staff are given an A+.“

“Fantastic Experience: Headed here after Ironman 70.3 race and what a treat. Forgot the ladies name but she was a magnificent hostess. There were 4 people enjoying the patio so we sat in the garden until they left. We ordered the Charcuterie Board and did the basic tasting. Great wines and Great Food! Highlight in the tasting was the Bordeaux style blend. Liquidity was also a great pairing with the platter.“
“We were in the area visiting and wanted to wine taste but noticed it was pretty late in the day. After a quick Google search for what's open we found Barnard Griffin, and we are so happy we did. We ordered some food, which was delicious. Seriously amazing. And the wine was just as good! We shared the tasting between two of us and it was plenty and we left with a couple of bottles. Must stop here again!“

“I absolutely Love the Sweet Riesling from Pa ific Rim. We used to live in Richland and moved to Virginia 10 yrs ago. I was surprised to find a Richland wine at Publix and had to try it. I LOVE IT!! It's my favorite wine now and I buy it all the time. Outstanding wine, delicious.“
