“One of my favorite places in Seattle! Great beer selection, tons of non alcoholic options, rotating food trucks, lots of seating, dog and kid friendly. There is also a big snack selection, heaters in the outside area (under the awning, not the lot with the food trucks). Trivia on Wednesdays can be very full, so if you go to that then I recommend getting there early. You can bring your own food if you aren’t feeling the food truck as well, but corkage applies if you bring your own booze.“

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their food lives up to every expectation and more. The food comes out to you quick and they take the time to converse with their customers. The smash burgers are perfectly made and a fully commit to the messy nature of sandwiches without becoming soggy. They understand what they are selling and have streamlined it so well that it creates for the perfect experience. Wherever this truck sits is a destination spot if you ever visit the city.“

“Day trip to the westside, where we found this little gem in Redmond. By far, THE BEST Indian Pakistani food we have ever had. With every bite, we could taste how much care & love went into preparing their authentic ingredients. I could have ordered every item on their menu, but decided on lamb korma with pulao rice, chicken korma & samosa. It was plenty for us to share. We met both the owner & chef. “So glad to have had the chance to try their malasadas! I got a six pack with two of each flavors (lilikoi, haupia, and chocolate) while I was at the Monroe Farmer’s Market. The chocolate was a super rich and thick, the haupia was creamy as heck, and the lilikoi was my favorite of the bunch with the perfect consistency and burst of fruit flavor. I’m looking forward to the next time I can snag some!“

“We are new to town & were craving elote!
We found this cute little food truck, it did not disappoint! The woman is so sweet, professional & courteous- they made our food very quickly & it was THE BEST ELOTE we have ever had. We also got a bottled Coca Cola which was real with sugar, not fructose corn syrup!
10/10 will be back to try the other foods & snacks!

“Had dinner here last night for the first time after a friend recommended it. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't come here sooner.
The team managing the food truck were extremely nice, and the tacos were spectacular (very reasonable prices as well).
My favorite one was the adobada, but don't sleep on the chicken or asada tacos either.

“Long over-due review. I have been coming here regularly for 4 years since I moved here during pandemic. Everything is consistently good. The burritos are huge and stuffed with goodness. If you are gluttonous you may even want to opt for the california burrito (fair warning as its portion is not for the faint of heart!). The price is cheap and the quality consistent, which is the reason why I always come back because I know this is where I can get a heartwarming and delicious burrito. Their tacos are also delicious and my favorite is definitely the fatty cabeza!“

“I have been ordering dinner plates from Chef Dane for about 2 years now. My family and I love his cooking! He has amazing choices every week and uses fresh, healthy ingredients. We love it so much he catered my husbands surprise birthday party and all of our guests were very impressed with the flavors and amount of food. It was amazing. I highly recommend Chef Dane!“

“I've always noticed a line outside Taqueria Guadalajara whenever I drive by, so I decided to stop by with a coworker for lunch and see what the hype was about. We ordered 3 asada and 3 al pastor tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, especially for the Bellevue area.

Being originally from Southern California, I'm quite picky about my tacos, but these were as close as it gets to the ones back home. The salsa is sooo good, and the habanero one had a nice kick to it.

I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. If you're in Bellevue and craving some authentic tacos, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit!“

The little shed to eat in fine, but it’s a taco truck off the highway- ambience was never going to be great. So expect that or take it to go. If it’s a nice day north creek park isn’t far away :)“
