Personal favorite wine is a bottle of Tuttorosso to accompany Chef Nick Ames delicious and attractive plates. Nick updates his menu every week and the food is a bargain for the quality of his offerings.“

“Fun place but very very noisy ! Hard to hear. Food was excellent. I had their fall regular pot pie & arugula salad, excellent with hazelnuts. Pot pie was delicious but very black peppery! Also had ravioli…. Reportedly excellent.“

“Attended an event on 6/28 catered by Barking Frog. Their set-up is clean and professional looking (you WANT their food truck in your parking lot); their staff is courteous and friendly; they offered a diverse and interesting menu; and our plates were prepared quickly. Oh, the food... top notch! I had the turkey club, my daughter had the mac & cheese... both with their crispy, delicious french fries. AMAZING!“

“Went to Purple and loved it! We were greeted by several employees and immediately felt welcomed and seen. Service is up to a very high standard, as well as food quality and presentation. The music was a bit loud outside but the seating inside seemed more quiet. The vegan options were delicious and I will be back again to try more menu items. They even had vegan donuts for dessert! My group was a big fan of the baked brie and chicken marsala as well. Highly recommend!“

“Got the Cajun burger with the garlic parm fries and a mimosa. It was really good, mimosa was made with whipped cream vodka but couldn't really taste it. Place can get a little loud, especially if there is football on. But overall a good experience and will probably go again.“

“Frank's is my favorite place in town to get oysters on the half-shell. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The bread with ash butter and sea salt is a favorite. The oysters are fresh, plump, and succulent. The champagne mignonette is flavorful and delicate so as not to outdo the oysters. We tried a seasonal dessert: nectarine, rose, and pistachio pavlova. Everything is delicious. Finally, the service is impeccable. We always feel special when we are here and we can't wait to visit again soon!“

“Excellent neighborhood restaurant. Their menu has something for everyone (sandwiches, fancier entrees, vegetarian, gluten-free). Good wine and beer selection plus a full bar. This was our first time at Nick's but we noticed he knew more than half of the diners by name. The amount of repeat business says it all.“

“Stopped by spontaneously for dinner and drinks. Usually select something from their amazing whiskey list and as we sat on the patio on a beautiful evening, we decided to have cocktails. I had the Bakes Barrel Aged Manhattan which was wonderful- and my husband had the Old Pal which he really enjoyed. For dinner we both had the king salmon special. The preparation was creative, light and delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and served hot, hot, hot. It was so good and really well priced for wild king salmon. I couldn't recommend it more. The service at Bake's is always terrific- no matter how crowded the place is. Last night, there was a jazz band inside with a packed house, a Rotary club meeting in the quasi outside area and regular diners on the patio. We were on the patio and well cared for by the amazing wait staff. Bake's was such a treat - again!!“

“Lunch at Mox Bellevue today—and what a surprise. I wasn’t there to game, just catching up with friends passing through. But the space? Total standout. Art Deco vibes, cozy booths, and a game store that feels more like a boutique hotel lounge. I had the Golden Curry & Tofu—Japanese-style curry over rice with potatoes, carrots, tofu, and pickled vegetables. Warm, flavorful, and exactly what I was in the mood for. My friends ordered the Sausage & Pepper Rotini and left just as happy. The only curveball? No mocktails listed on the menu. When I asked, our server looked a little unsure but offered to make a virgin Momotaro with ginger, peach, mint, lemon, and ginger beer. It was fantastic—definitely worth ordering again. Still, a mocktail section on the menu wouldn’t hurt. After lunch I wandered through the shop and ended up picking out a couple of games for our next game night. Couldn’t resist. All in all, a great lunch, great space, and a solid reminder to check out places that mix things up. Overall fun spot. So happy we found this place. Would happily return. Friendly staff, tasty food, stylish space.“

“A local Seattle friend took us to a seafood restaurant, and the grilled lobster was indeed a masterpiece, Q-bouncing as if it were fighting with my teeth ...... Steak grilled octopus fried squid clam chowder are all this 👍🏻 and the final dessert of caramelised bread pudding was amazing! The meal cost nearly $650 plus a $100 tip, so it was worth it, haha!😁😋😋I'll be back next time.“

“I would say the food was very delicious, but I have to go with the 4 star because they made one the steaks rare af when the person who ordered it ordered it Medium. So, in that case, he had to cook it more at home (we got to go) and was his b-day, so that kinda sucked. He only ended up eating like half of it and it was a $65 steak. My lamb was good and the whipped parsnip was so good. I would give them an other try, not sure the person with the rare steak would agree.“

The star of the show was a pork belly, amazing flavors, and the pork belly was cooked perfectly as well.The flatbread was pretty good too. Overall, I highly recommend and would come back.“

“I can’t say enough great things about the staff here. My grandparents used to stay here every summer while traveling from Arizona after they sold their home here. My grandpa passed away recently and the staff treats my grandma so well. It means so much to our family that she has such a great experience here. “My wife and i enjoy going here on dates. The food is delicious and it is nice to sit in the covered outdoor area. Afterwards we take a walk on the nearby trails.

It can be a little too loud for conversation at times, and we had to wait a bit for a clean table, but these are minor issues for what is a good experience overall.“
