“Attended an event on 6/28 catered by Barking Frog. Their set-up is clean and professional looking (you WANT their food truck in your parking lot); their staff is courteous and friendly; they offered a diverse and interesting menu; and our plates were prepared quickly. Oh, the food... top notch! I had the turkey club, my daughter had the mac & cheese... both with their crispy, delicious french fries. AMAZING!“

“My second visit. We absolutely love this place. The food is very good! The service has always been polite and professional. The wine is excellent, I had a happy hour Old Fashion that was really really good. We ordered the bread appetizer. The bread was excellent and the butter with other oils and jams. I ordered the 9oz New York. It was perfect cooked Mid rare. The veggies and fries we seasoned well and delicious. My partner ordered the chicken dinner and really like hers. The chicken was moist and very good. We will be back. We celebrated the purchase of a new house and the staff made us feel good and helped us celebrate.“

“Atmosphere is amazing, food is just as good! I really like this little hole-in-the-wall type restaurant. I had the Baja Fish Tacos and they were flavorful and very nicely sized. They came with your choice of fries too and I highly recommend the sweet potato ones.“

“It's a really nice restaurant in walking distance to The Somm Hotel, which is where we stayed...literally across the parking lot but not necessarily accessible via the parking lot since there is a retaining wall. The food was pretty good and the waiter/bartender was friendly. I visited with my husband and young daughter a few hours before closing, and it was only us and 2 other tables that were seated. It was very quiet and the ambiance was great. I recommend for a date night or catching up for drinks with someone you enjoy conversation with. I had the chicken soup and chicken cranberry salad. I really enjoyed the soup on a chilly fall night but the salad was mostly forgettable. They do have a kids menu, which is great. My daughter enjoyed the 3-cheese pasta.“

“Frank's is my favorite place in town to get oysters on the half-shell. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The bread with ash butter and sea salt is a favorite. The oysters are fresh, plump, and succulent. The champagne mignonette is flavorful and delicate so as not to outdo the oysters. We tried a seasonal dessert: nectarine, rose, and pistachio pavlova. Everything is delicious. Finally, the service is impeccable. We always feel special when we are here and we can't wait to visit again soon!“

“My companion is severely celiac (autoimmune disorder to wheat/gluten). The staff made an effort to point out what was "safe" on the menu, but despite a note on the menu about gluten cross contamination from their fryer, two dishes arrived with fried garnish. I suggest the chef/management/staff should better educate each other.“

“The food is delicious but such a different experience between lunch and dinner. Menus are different and we were excited to try the dinner menu. We were seated at our reservation time of 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday. It was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation, other clients were drinking and there to be seen and heard. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. The table next to us was seated after we ordered yet they received food prior to us. Our appetizer never showed so we ate our entrees while they then prepared our compensated appetizer. The atmosphere killed it for us. If we decide to go back for dinner we would definitely insist on sitting in a small back area.“

We had a 25-person private reception in the back outdoor patio area, and from the beautiful space to the delicious food, it was a truly special experience. Aaron accommodated our requests for some customizations in decor, and took into account all of our food and dietary restrictions beautifully. Even though Surrell specializes in multi-course tasting menus, we chose to do a family-style dinner and it worked out perfectly. Our guests absolutely loved every dish (especially the hors d'oeuvres!), and we appreciate how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout the night. Harry was our main bartender/server and he was wonderful. Thank you again Aaron and team for such an amazing evening!“

The thing I liked the most are the atmosphere and the servers. They also have a power bank you could borrow from a charging station ( i paid 15 dollars which is a bit expensive) but if you are desperate enough you will have to I guess 😉“

“I can’t say enough great things about the staff here. My grandparents used to stay here every summer while traveling from Arizona after they sold their home here. My grandpa passed away recently and the staff treats my grandma so well. It means so much to our family that she has such a great experience here. Matt in the bar is so friendly and makes the best drinks and the food is always amazing (the salmon Caesar is my favorite but everything is good). Thank you everyone“

Menu is simple, food was fresh, some ingredients combination was unique. Not sure if the concept is a business lunch or unique restaurant experience for the corporate employees. Art Deco vibes, cozy booths, and a game store that feels more like a boutique hotel lounge. I had the Golden Curry & Tofu—Japanese-style curry over rice with potatoes, carrots, tofu, and pickled vegetables. Warm, flavorful, and exactly what I was in the mood for. My friends ordered the Sausage & Pepper Rotini and left just as happy. The only curveball? No mocktails listed on the menu. When I asked, our server looked a little unsure but offered to make a virgin Momotaro with ginger, peach, mint, lemon, and ginger beer. It was fantastic—definitely worth ordering again. Still, a mocktail section on the menu wouldn’t hurt. After lunch I wandered through the shop and ended up picking out a couple of games for our next game night. Couldn’t resist. All in all, a great lunch, great space, and a solid reminder to check out places that mix things up. Overall fun spot. So happy we found this place. Would happily return. “I walked in here in September 1982 thinking my shattered life of 15 years was over. Hazel who ran the cafe, a gruff but loving lady made me sit down and have a sandwich and milk. For the next 5 years they raised me, an irritating punk, showing love and understanding beyond measure, mentoring me in the life of recovery and spritual principles of AA until my fledgling wings let me fly on my own to other places of recovery and respite from the storms of life. It's barely changed, has great coffee now and much more food! A meeting is available nearly every hour in such variety and different people your sure to find your place in what will always be my true home! “The waitress was extremely nice but she had her hands full trying to serve everyone and make that long walk to the kitchen every time. The drinks were nice. The Long Island was my favorite.

The TVs are perfect for watching a sporting event. The bar stools are quite comfortable.

I ordered the seared halibut and it came with black carrots. I was miserable eating this. It was tougher than expected and not well seasoned. Next time I will order the fish and chips.“

“I was out in the Marriott for the weekend and noticed this restaurant which sits on the first floor of the hotel hadn’t even been on google maps so before checking out I took pictures of the restaurant, it was a Sunday so they were closed. But it needed a review because the food was tasty, the way the staff treats you once you walk in and the high level of service and cleanliness you witness, you already know the food will be good. Love the selection of food and drinks they give you here with very fair pricing for food in a hotel.“
