“I just wanted to bring attention to how wonderful this establishment is. I walked in this morning and was greeted genuinely and kindly by all 3 employees. I am making an assumption, but I believe they are all family, and that they are the owners. When I mentioned to them that this was the kindest most wonderful subway I have ever walked into, the gentleman thanked me and was amazed at what a compliment it was. Not only is that unheard of these days, but so refreshing to see. What I also should have shared was that it may have been the cleanest Subway Establishment I have ever walked into. Lastly, and with zero exaggeration, my sandwich was flawless, it looked exactly like the subs you see on the advertisements. It's wasn't smashed into a bag with wilted and limp vegetables. Subway corporate ought to model all of there stores after this one.

“I wanted to share my experience with the staff at Jersey Mike's in Hartford. I didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I brought my three little ones here for dinner.

Haydyn, who we later found out was the owner, was very welcoming when we walked in the door. The place was very clean and well maintained.

I encourage my children to order their own food. He was very patient listening to them, while they figured out the menu.

Lexus was so sweet and patient listening to my kiddos, when asking for what they wanted on their sub. She smiled and was very welcoming.

For myself, I wanted to try a cheesesteak. I asked Haydyn for suggestions and he did not disappoint. I think I ordered a 99, but whatever it was, was absolutely delicious and they did not hold back on meats or toppings.

I've been super impressed with Jersey Mike's. I was once a Cousins patron, but numerous Cousins Subs have really dropped the ball with service, filling an order, their personalities and actually covering the bread with what you pay for.

“This is the best Subway in the area. Both employees working are so friendly. You could tell they really care about their customers. As we sat there eating, multiple people came in and they called them by name, asked how their day was. Just very friendly. Plus the bread was fresh and the subs were delicious!“

I'm very picky with sauce and it was great to have my light sauce instruction followed, which up until now has not happened at many Subways I've been to. He was friendly, and the other girl on shift was also incredibly attentive. The store was clean and well stocked. I'm impressed for a Subway.“

“When I stopped in this afternoon the lady working at sub-making station kept her cool under extreme pressure when the shop was slammed with customers inside and out. Ensuring all customers were served and orders went out promptly/correctly. Most impressed by the dedication of the gentleman working up front with the super lady. He efficiently filled the soda machine with more ice, but had discreetly smacked his head. The man acted as if nothing happened and jumped right back on the food line. Great team! And the food was made to perfection despite the store being so busy! Again great store, great team!“
