“The street corn tots were delicious! I would go back just for those. The burgers were good, but the beef did lack flavor. Our server was very attentive. She checked up on us often. One thing that didn't go so well was that we got the wrong order. It was our first time there so we didn't realize it, and honestly, the food took so long to come out, we forgot what burgers we ordered. So when they brought out our supposed order, my burger came with fries when I ordered a salad. I thought hey, maybe they forgot it and had fries instead. I didn't let the server know because she was busy and we were hungry, already waiting a long time for our food, and on a schedule. We needed to be somewhere and thought an hour and a half was sufficient time to eat, appearantly not. I would give this place another try, hoping that the food will come out sooner than later and that we don't get the wrong food order.”

We reserved a room with one of the party packages, which included a ranch hand, pizza, ice cream, drinks, gift bags and arcade cards for each kid, and very accommodating staff. Nick is always friendly and provides great service every time we visit.”

“The food was good, but wasn't worth the price. The steaks are overpriced because of the name. I think the worst part is you spend all that money and the only thing you get is a tiny house salad. For the amount of money you spend you should get standard side dishes. Good but grossly overpriced. It's a place you should go to once to say you have gone.”

“Under new ownership. I ate there with my wife, and my son and his wife. The food and service are excellent, everyone at the table agreed. We all had different dinners, a lot of depth in the menu. The guacamole is absolutely great. I can’t wait to try their food with Margaritas as well, we had flavored tea in the interim. A lot of restaurants are noisy inside yet this was not the case here. Next time we will try eating outdoors.”

Fair prices for what you are getting. We’re all aware of what we’ve been spending in the grocery store these past couple years, take that into account and you can’t deny the value here. Small menu, but that typically ensures everything on it has been perfected. You can be mediocre at many items, or great at few. These guys have chosen wisely. Great job RYE. “LOVE this restaurant. I wish it was there when I lived in the area 20 yrs ago. I still get there a few times a year. I really enjoy the blackened shrimp tacos. The service has always been wonderful and consistent. The manager stops by the table a QUICK check in. That small touch means so much!! Yesterday I had the lemon cake for dessert friend's had the gluten free chocolate cake. We were all in HEAVEN!! My second time there a couple years ago we had a server who was maybe having an off day. I talked to the manager on my way out & he was sincere & grateful I had let him know.”

“The food here is always on point 💯 So happy they added PHO to the menu! That’s always our go-to dish including the crystal shrimp. My kiddos loved it and gave it INFINITY out of 1 😆 they said the food was FANTASTIC! This is also the only place in Appleton closed a little later on a Sunday that has pho on their menu as well. All other pho places are closed by 7pm.”

“I've only done pick-up twice through eat street, keep in mind no set times to pick up. However as soon as you order it's done in 10 minutes. Got home bit into one of the eggs rolls and it's probably the best egg rolls I've ever had. On top of that the house rice and crab ragoons are amazing! I love this place!”

“1st time patronizing this local bar and eatery... definitely NOT impressed and will NOT be back. My husband ordered the Royal burger. First of all, the burger is suppose to come with a fried egg on it. When we got our food, there was NO fried egg on the burger. After about 5 minutes of waiting and his food getting cold, the waitress (?) finally came back to the table and we inquired about the missing egg. She took his plate back to the kitchen and had the cook just add a fried egg to the now very cold and unappetizing burger! No one in the eatery even gave it a second thought! I do believe that once food leaves the kitchen and has to be brought back for any reason, especially because it was not made correctly and your customer has to tell you how to make it, that food is to be thrown out as it has gone across the counter. So not only was the egg missing from my husband's burger, his food was absolutely cold. THIS IS WHY WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS EATERY NOR BE BACK!”

“Madras Cafe is an absolute gem of a restaurant! The owner warmly greeted us when we came in. He asked if we had ever eaten there before and when we said no kindly explained the menu. He asked our preferences and made personal recommendations for each member of our group. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! I never write reviews but knew instantly I needed to share my experience. The foods were flavorful and the spices vibrant. I have to mention the coffee. If you are a coffee drinker, then you are about to be ruined for all other coffee. It was smooth and rich. Reminded me of French press but better. The prices are reasonable and fits into any budget. The owner explained how each dish was best eaten and shared a charming story about how his mother's cooking influenced the restaurant's menu. I have never felt so welcome and at home in a restaurant. I highly recommend.”

“We were here at 3:30 pm, so it was very quiet. I saw someone complain about the cleanliness but it seemed clean to me even the bathroom.

It took quite a while to get our drinks and the waiter kept apologizing. I believe they were training staff at the bar.

As far as seating - plenty for big crowds.

Food - Pre-meal croissant with honey butter.
I ordered ribs with honey bbq, buttered corn and southern green beans. Everything was hot, cooked as it should have been and delicious. Even the corn had a nice crisp. The ribs fell off the bone. My rasp margarita was meh, I've had better.

Husband had grilled sirloin, loaded potato and green beans. He said it was very tender and actually very good. The raspberry iced tea was also great.
