“Our family has spent many days and hours at Sugar River Lanes since Rob & Marcia Bloxham took over ownership. They are amazing kind people who share their passion of bowling and building community relationships. Staff are very friendly, clean and fun atmosphere, good food & drinks, updates are looking great. Rob has been the youth & high school coach for 2 of our boys for over a year and can’t say enough about him!! We’ve spent fun times enjoying our date nights for featured bands and entertainment. Wood lanes are fun to bowl. Overall Highly recommend!“

“We had a great lunch at Kristi's Restaurant. Mary had a burger, I had a Crab cake on a bun and Michelle had wrap. It took a while to find a restaurant on a November Tuesday. We were glad it took a while to find that Kristi"s was open.“

“This Swiss town was news to us! We were passing near so we picked this on right off for fondue.
And yep, right at noon on a Thursday, we had a fired up pot of cheese- fun right? We may have leftover fondue for a week, but it was entertaining.
Husband had an amazing looking meat and veg dish in a puff pastry. I had a wedge salad. Blue cheese was great of course. We had been up in the Dells for about a week and this was the best knew we had the whole time. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and flavorful.
Really good food and nice folks doing the things.

Vegetarian options: Ovo lacto.
I chose the wedge salad (doesn't even normally have bacon there.)
Of course there is fondue with bread and veggies, and I believe there was a pasta entree. I got the vibe that they would have worked with me on customizations but there were choices on the menu that I liked

Kid-friendliness: There were kids at the table next to us. I don't know exactly what they got but I did hear something about chicken nuggets and friendly kid options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Could roll right up to a table. I can't remember how many, but I believe it was a couple of steps up to get in.“

Sheri makes THE MOST DELICIOUS sandwiches and she and Kennedy, her daughter, always give my son special attention. “If you’re ever in the New Glarus area I highly recommend making a stop at Fat Cat - I have only been twice, that being said the staff have been incredible friendly both times - the food and drinks are made in house - including a wide variety of fresh baked goodies. Their food menu is great, and their ingredients for the most part are locally sourced. I absolutely fell in love with this cute little joint.
I being someone who can’t consume caffeine was amazed that they offer other drinks such as a fresh made ginger lemonade that is to die for.“

Started with the Frickles...crispy breaded pickle chips served with ranch...not greasy and cooked just right.

I had a cup of their New Glarus chili which is made fresh daily with New Glarus beer loaded with beef,tomatoes,beans and spices. Topped with sour cream and local cheddar cheese. I skipped the diced onions. It was so good I wish I ordered a bowl!

My wife had their homemade chicken salad sandwich on a gluten free bun (1.00 extra). The chicken salad had dried cranberries and pecans which made it super delicious. For a side she had their homemade bean salad.

“Staff was quick and friendly, patio was gorgeous, and the food was great- would highly recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich! Appreciated how attentive and pleasant our server was- especially on a hot and humid day for the patio! The manager was also lovely and came to check on us and others. Great place to get together with friends, go out with the fam, or stop in on your way home from work. Will be back!“
