“Most times I get good service here but occasionally I'll get bad service. One complaint for myself and I've heard other co-workers say is Mikes needs to control the oils better it can be disgusting and messy when they just throw it on and it's dripping everywhere. It's a sub not a greasy hamburger.“

This batch was bigger than I’ve had a subway and no it wasn’t the gigantic option. Great meat to cheese ratio today too. Usually I can barely taste the cheese! (I got the beach club).“

“Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. “Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“
