The bacon was crispy and flavorful, not exactly the level of crisp I requested, but still very enjoyable and well‑prepared.The customer service is a full 5 stars. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for every guest.
The atmosphere also earns 5 stars. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has that classic family‑friendly feel that makes you want to settle in and enjoy a slow, relaxing meal. “I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“We had great chocolate shakes at Culver’s in Suamico, so decided to go again. Apparently, not all the employees are knowledgeable in how to make them. They should be made with vanilla custard, not chocolate. Ruined my evening since I do NOT like chocolate custard😔“

“The Richmond St. Taco John's is a landmark. So glad it's still there. But I have one criticism:
We go to Taco John's for nostalgia - tacos and 80s music! Where's the 80s? It can even be a mix of 80's and 90s, that's fine. Toss in a few modern tunes, that's cool, too.
But we want pop and rock music (emphasis on 80s) in our Taco John's! : )“

“I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!“

“The food is good, the only complaint I have is when you order a gluten free bun with a sandwich, the bun comes packaged, cold, and its usually dry all as get out, and breaks apart when you bite into it. It would be nice to have a warm toasted and buttered bun to go along with their trademark butterburgers.“

“This is the greatest Arby's location I have ever been to! Emily and Dylan are the best! They really make you feel like family when you are there. They remember us even if it's been a while since we've been there. Very nice and make sure you are well taken care of. Never had an order wrong or messed up and the food is always delicious! “Thank you Kaukauna Pizza Hut for the wonderful afternoon this past Sunday. My bridal party hosted my bridal shower in the dinning room. It was a hit! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 50 people. There was plenty of room for everyone & the buffet was always full. So many of the guests commented on how good the food was & how they have not been there in years. They will be back! The Kaukauna Pizza Hut is a hidden gem but I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a party.“

The last time was for one combo meal, and they told me to park on the other side of the bldg, and they'd bring it out. (Mind you no one was ahead of me, and there were only 2 cars behind me.)
